need some advice QUICK pleace

ok heres my situation i ordered 5 seeds from the additude seedbank
and they sent it to the wrong address and my neibor gave it back to me and it was open
and shirt but no seeds
so what should i blame the niebor for taking them
or should i take it up with the attitude for sending it to the wrong addres
it was stealth shipping and didnt have seeds writen on it
did the package get caught through costoms? if so shouldnt i have gotten a letter or phone call?
and how often does this happen?
i dont know what to do and
i just dont want this to happen again

Ditto, no more questions to the neighbor (but I'd be wary of them). Get in touch with Attitude and hope they make it good. Otherwise try, try again.

First check if it was your bad don't jump to conclusions. Also can you see the address they shipped it to on the package because if it has your address your neighbor may be snooping through your stuff. Or they're on to you. Just don't try reporting your neighbor because they probably know so if you f@ck them over then they'll do it right back.

yes it has my address and i no longer live at that address my former roomates still live there so getting caught is more of a laughing matter
and i am thinking of turning him in for opening a package that was not for him that was 60 bucks and 27 days of waiting
because higher than you is right owning seeds isnt illegal but shipping them overseas is but the package has nothing to do with seeds
i am going to have a talk with the niebor tomarrow and see if we cant resolve this peacefully if not then i dont know what i will do

ok i tryied to reason with my former niebor but he was stuburn so i told him that i was going to call the law, for him opening my package and he started getting pissed so i felt a little sympathy mainly because i dont like going to the cops so i told him i wouldnt call them know but if i see anything grow related even something as little as some potting soil at his house i would call the law (its a litttle bluff though i dont like snitching) so hopefully that thief will get whats coming to him by the wrath of carma
and yes i contacted the attitude and they just sent me an email that just told me the address were it was suposed to go
i believe it was the mail mans falt for the tragedy and i really cant do anything but take the loss and do what shuvelhandles adviced to just try again

Thhis totally wrong! Yes; There are some countries, and maybe some states where owning cannabis seeds is not illegal; However; Where I live...A seed counts as a plant. PLease be more careful with your facts.

In fact; In the U.S.; (other than hemp legal states) It is illegal to own "Hemp" seeds.

As far as this thread; I think you were crazy for going to your neighbor, threatening him. You are lucky he didn't bash your face in. :D Good Luck

haha good post bite my bud but i dont think he could have taken me if he tryed
he is that young rich guy that everyone hates
but i am starting to get over it because nothing good comes from a thief and a lier
i think he is going to grow my seeds and get caught by doing it because he is young and likes to party (meaning he is recless)
or he will try to grow them and they all die because he probly doesnt know one thing about growing
either way he cant avoid carma
but know i am scared to order any more, incase this happens again
does anyone know if i can order it to be signed for only or any websites that does that
not saying that the attitude is a bad sight, they are my favorite to go to, my first order whent smooth but this order took about 30 days and sent to the wrong address (mail carryers falt)
hope this not happen to my grow lamps.

You can always click on the Herbies banner at the top of the page. I know for fact they deliver to PO boxes and have a great selection of seeds. Just something else you could think about.

hey pushit thanks for the info on herbies i thought of them in the past but never really took the time to look definetly will try that next but just to make shure you have ordered internationaly with a p.o. box

Herbies and Nirvana are the only two companies that i have ordered from so I cant speak from experience with any of the others but ive heard great things about attitude.

im from the other side of the pond, so where i live its 'not' illegal to buy or possess seeds, so growhand im sorry if my information was slightly inaccurate i thought i would originally pipe up with some reassurance that attitude are usually pretty good, and by the sounds of it your neighbour had ur package so i guess i wasnt 'totally' wrong with the fact customs didnt have it ;) @ bmb. good luck tho i hope ur second attempt is more successful. peace

I never thought Customs had it; He would have gotten a letter. I also figured you were from across the pond and I know that you can buy and possess seeds in UK. You just are not supposed to grow them!?!?!? Never figured that one out, aside from the possible allowance of extraction of oils...?

i never said that you did dude the context of what i wrote was with good vibes, ha, dont get me started on our laws, yes its classed as a souvenir for owning seeds but as soon as you germinate it becomes illegal, its all about the money bud, lol biotech firm GW Pharmaceuticals have about 90,000 plants growing for research so the can SELL you a product called sativex, yet when if a cancer patient/tumour ect were to grow 1 plant to extract oils ect and make there own meds they would be prosecuted, the corrupt cant keep science out for long so hopefully there will be some changes soon as its drastically needed here.
