What is your experience level? first timer
Your Equipment: 600 watt hps.
Distance from tops?:20"
Reflector type: bat wing.
Is there a consistent fresh air supply: yes.
Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan: yes
.
What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule: 600watt, 95000L, & 18/6.
Your medium: scotts hyponex (I know, I know....)
Size of container: 8" pot.
Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings: no.
Your nutrients and water: I have been feeding with bonnies plant food. 1/4 dose with an NPK of 8-4-4.
Source of water: filtered tap.
What's it's ph before adjusting: still waiting on my ph meter.
Method of checking water ph: see above.
Method of adjusting water ph: see above.
Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle: 1/4 dose of bonnies plant food every other watering at an npk of 8-4-4.
Do you foliar feed: no
Your growroom: indoors.
What size of closet, room or hut: 10x12'.
What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on: 85-90 degrees and the humidity is unknown.
With lights off: 65 degrees.
Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom: ants... But they dont seem interested in the plants... Just the water.
Your strain: bagseed. That is all i know about the strain.
I have 2 (2 weeks old and 3" tall) that the leaves are curling under and rhw edges are curling up creating a "cup" like form. It was pretty dry when it started to happen. I watered them without nutes. 2 days later, one is improving but the other almost looks like its wilting. The rest are doing great.
I know a picture can say a thousand words and I will take some ASAIC.
Thanks for any help.

plants are trying to talk but Im still learning their language.
Light is too close for seedlings - Use a MH to veg under, or fluros/CFL's.
At this point it seems like your burning them up, 20" with a bat wing can get pretty hot, especially on small seedlings. Without pics, this is my best guess.

Thanks for the reply. Ill tell ya what... Let me get a bit of charge on my phone so I can snap some pics.

I cant edit the OP for some reason so I attached the pics in this post. The lighting is not that great to take pics so the color will probably be off.

Nute burn IMO
Fix your soil bro!

Maybe the nutes that I added? I know the soil is probably the worst. Im still on the hunt for decent soil. I appreciate the help.

plants are trying to talk but Im still learning their language.
I use a light mix, coco fiber, pearlite (medium grade) (50/50) and I tossed in a bag of happy frog soil last time...
Now, here is another issue, this was taken from colostate(dot)edu under one of the co-ops studies:
Second, Hyponex All Purpose Potting Soil and Green Charm resulted in poor plant growth. Both of these media contain sedge peat, a fine particle material that tests to a low porosity. There simply isn't enough space within these media for the water and air that plant roots need to grow successfully. Black Gold All Organic Potting Mix resulted in significantly less plant growth in one out of two years.
Here is your third problem:
Hyponex by Scotts 2 cu ft Potting Soil:
Feeds for up to 4 months
Helps grow bigger plants with more blooms (versus unfed)
Contains sphagnum peat moss and perlite to retain water and improve drainage
The soil your using has nutrients in it, nutrients your plants do not need at this time, but in amounts that can fry them.
And fourth -
On top of your soil having nutrients and causing issues with plant growth, your adding MORE nutrients to a plant that shouldn't even be seeing ANY yet. My first shot of nutes isn't until they get put in their 1g pots (started in solo cups til root bound)
Fifth and Finally....
Your vegging under HPS (you shouldn't be) AND it's too close for seedlings. So not only are you burning the roots, your burning the tips. If you don't pull them out of that soil ASAP at LEAST stop feeding them nutes, and never pour your nutrient enriched water over the plant, the nutrients are for the roots, not the leaves.
Thanks for posting pics - and thats why we have people fill out the form, I was able to pull all this info about your soil :D
Take care of those plants quickly by simply watering until the bucket is full 3x that will sufficiently flush the nutrients you've already added. However it won't remove the time released nutrients from the soil. (You can see on my first grow log how quickly the wrong soil will kill your plants)

Thanks for the advice and all of it will be taken.

Get those temps down too...85-90 in ur room I cant imagine what ur canopy is at if the room is that hot. This is most deff a mix of nuteburn and heat stress, my buddy had the same problem, back those: lights up at least 18 inches for hid lighting. If your using cfl get that temp down and your golden

I got the lights up a few more inches and switched to higher speeds on the vent and cooling fans. The leaves are not recovering but the new growth is moving faster and looking healthier.

I'd be looking for some new medium and I always recommend a soilless mix such as Sunshine Mix or ProEarth. These are neutral and won't contribute to what you're seeing.. You can typically find this at an indoor gardening store and it's not very expensive.. These mixes include the proper mix of perlite as well, let alone the fact that you can pretty much rinse the medium with flushing should you run into problems. It would also suit you well to get a small T-5 panel or something similar to use with seedlings and early veg. These run much cooler and you can put them as close as 4-6" without hurting the plants. This will also prevent any unwanted stretching of the plants during early growth. An alternative would be to get a switchable digital ballast that you can turndown.. good during veg and managing heat problems. The ones I use have a 360/400/600/superlumen setting.. Never use superlumen, it shortens the life of the bulbs.
If you go with the new medium, just repot your seedlings being gentle through the process. I'd also drop the nutes for a couple of weeks.. The strong will survive and recover.
The other thing I try to tell folks is to start thinking in weeks instead of days/hours. Developing patience will serve you well when growing..
Good Luck!
