LabCorp issue. I need advice please :)

I have been on google for the past 2 days and found this site yesterday. I love it here. I read a lot of reviews but couldn't find the exact answers I was looking for.

I am a J a day(only at night for insomnia, it's not medicinal in Ohio yet). I have to test within the next 3 days. I am going to buy Quick Fix because it is only $32 here.(Can't afford 2.... I don't get paid from my other job until Friday :\, if need be I can probably borrow the money but I would prefer not to) The problem and fear I have is this.....

1) What if the 2oz bottle is not enough? If they want more, I could just tell them that is all I could give for now.
2) What if the temp is too high or too low when I get into the bathroom? How do I check the temp before I go in and while I am in the bathroom?(In case there is a long wait).
3) I am going to get the nice hand warmers, should I invest in a thermometer?(Does Quick Fix have a built in thermometer?) Do I put the Quick Fix on the inside of my thigh or under my jewels?

I am just worrying but I have never subbed. I always detoxed weeks in advance. This job just came out of no where and the pay is three times more than what I make now lol.

It wont let me edit it but this is one more part I wanted to add...

Oh yeah and should I tell the people at LabCorp that I am on cold medication? Will the OTC cold medication show up (not show up in QF) if they tested it? Blah, my local head shop has Quick Fix PLUS. Is that okay to use?

I am no expert but I wouldn't tell them you take anything other than an occasional aspirin...if you are going to use QF

Okay. I just am stressing. I spoke to a pharmacist(friend) and he said that most places in the US are starting to test immediately if it has hormones in it (male/female) fake/real. Thats whats bugging me. Temperature too. How to know if I need more than 2oz.

I only have 16 hours before the test.... Does QF 5.7 PLUS work? It is at a local head shop and it is shrink wrapped. Is that a good sign?

Anyone? I don't mean to sound pushy but I need help. I wont have much time to practice so what would you recommend?

Quick fix works. 2 oz gives you just enough. And read the the thread at the top of the forum for subbing and you should be fine...and as important as it is for you to have your stuff together as with temp and such...you need to watch your behavior too. Don't be all nervous acting....or they will know something is up. Go in like you pee in a cup for fun everyday.

Your pharma "freind" doesnt know what he is talking about. Labs practicing in the States are prohibited from performing any form of hormonal/genetic analysis on samples collected for a drug test, unless the donor gives written authorization on an entirely seperate and detailed consent form. Labs can only perform the validity tests outlined in the DHHS regulations and apply the criteria for a "non-human" (aka 'substituted') sample as outlined in the DHHS regulations.

Ahh, thank you for the clarification. I have seen your posts on this forum a handful of times. I bought the Quick Fix 5.7-1 PLUS 3oz - Batch #P2E-12 I called and they confirmed it doesnt expire until 2014. I asked was it legit and she said gave me an answer that sounded like a yes but it sounded like should couldnt say yes. She was like, if it's not expired that one WILL work, she emphasized WILL. I am going in tomorrow at 2:30, I rescheduled "because of my other job" haha. I am just nervous I wont have the right temp. I did practice though. I put it in the microwave(cap loosened) for 10 seconds, it hit 100 then immediately dropped to 98 within 3 seconds. I put it on the inside of my leg and it stayed at 96 for 30 minutes with no heating pad and A/C on in the house. It says Read Green Line. There were multiple colors, I am looking for the green line to be at 100 or 98? Is the temp strip accurate?

Thank you! :) I am already jittery about this. I know it will be cake, I am not worried about taking the test, I am just worried about the temp or it falling out of my pants. I don't have any tighty whiteys. I only have briefs and boxers :\. Ideas? Wear 3 pairs of briefs??

Oh and lastly, is it bad to heat it up in the microwave numerous times? I am practicing and I have put it in there twice, one time for 10 seconds and it came out at 100. the second time for 10 seconds and it came out at 94 so I put it back in for 4 seconds and it went to 98. Is it faulty?

The QF can be microwaved over and over without posing any harm.

You need to look for the color to be dark green (as opposed to an "olive green") at the 98 - 100F mark.

What happens if it gets below 96 while in the waiting room and i go back to pee? I am being pessimistic, i know... :\ Would you use the heating pad that came with QF or buy a different one? Would you strap it to your thigh or under the family jewels? Anyways, off the lab tomorrow. Any last tips before d-day?

If its a little low just rub your thumb against your pants for a few seconds then hold your thumb against the temp strip on the collection cup for a couple seconds. When it reads 98 hand it to the tech. I've kept mine within range just by storing it in my crotch. Stays good for a couple hours.

It went smoothly. Only 1 employee was working and there were 2 others in the waiting room, 30 minutes before closing. She was in a hurry and I kept talking to her to distract her and it worked!! She only put it in one tube? I have read that peoples are put into 2 tubes. Is one tube normal? By the way, the temp was 96 degrees.

If its a non DOT test one tube is fine. Of course it makes it more difficult for you if there happens to be a false negative. Temp was in range so you will be good to go.
