Good to be back....again

Dam good to see these backup and running again....I hope it stays up for awhile now....I been lost lately...the other forums suck compared to this one and it just ain't been much fun without this place to visit! Thanks and a big pat on the back going out to Sundance....I doubt he saw the large economy sized can of worms opening up when he started this overhaul, but I'm really glad he's stuck with it until he got it working again! Thanks for your tenacity, Sundance!

Yeah, it is swell to be back but I was hoping it would return to the green scheme. Not this femanine baby blue. Oh well. Guess I'll have to live with it if I stay.

its good to have the boards up and running again:thumbsup:
they did revert back to the green during the overhaul, not sure what i prefer, i first thought the baby blue was quite soothing but think green is the ideal color for this site:)

I noticed the green too. Got a little excited they went back, but then the ugly ass blue showed back up. I think the blue is very ugly. The site as a whole is kinda odd and hard to figure out now. Don't like it at all. The green makes a lot more sense than baby/powder blue for cannabis. But what do I know.

A lot of us hang out there when Cdot is down.

It's got a more mature customer base, Private messages, visitor's messages, and the Green skin. (There's no, stupid "you must wait 60 seconds to search again" horse-exhaust either):mad:

The only lack?
Nobody else has the quality of archives that you'll find here.
So, I come here for the archives, and there for a fully functioning board.

Won't mention that boards name here out of courtesy to Sundance.

But it's not hard to find.

Ah my friend Weezard... A-looo-HA!...always to the rescue! Mahalo, amigo! I didn't even bother lookin around this time it went down, I just ripped and sulked, but I know where you're talkin about and will find ya'll...I have it bookmarked, I just haven't spent a lot of time there...I'm gonna visit RH at his new site too....I know he invited you, but I doubt he'll mind if I tag along (I'll bring goodies and munchies!) too...;) I appreciate what Sundance is trying to do here, but there's something wrong here...more than the color...there's something different about the contrast or it could be my bright red chinese eyes:stoned:...I can't even tell what the smileys are anymore...they faded away to almost invisible! This guy still works tho...:wtf: kinda matches the new color scheme too...anyway, I will still be here when it's up regardless...I hope Sundance isn't done fixing this place yet...still kinda waiting for some mods too. Still it's good to be back "home"...:thumbsup: Patience in all things, I keep saying to myself over and over and over again...LOL!

He, or whomever chose the defaults, is probably young and can not even imagine ever getting old.
Ugly, small, low-contrast fonts may be "trendy" ah dunno, but they are a deal-breaker for me.
This is just too much work to be fun anymore.

The Haven is just getting started and there are some of the best from here already on-board.
All doing what was denied up in here.
Modding, listening, responding, improving.
Actually many of the feature that have been toggled off here by the management are alive and useful on RH.

Rather than have good mods take out the trash on da Dot, they let the trash define the board.
They just kept disabling useful features for the decent members, citing abuse by the idiots.

Don't feel bad about shopping around for a better board.
We did not abandon Cdot.
We asked, we suggested, and we petitioned for a workable, secure board.
What more can a body do?
In truth, Cdot has abandoned us.:(

It was good while it lasted, so thanks for that.

I probably shouldn't have said anything but I see RH trying to recruit folks from over here, even has a link to his site in his signature.. which is against the rules here....
I wouldnt have said anything... but when someones name or where they are from determines how they are treated... I don't want to be a part of that type of place, ill give folks a heads up to stay away..

It is not RH or reefer haven that I am disappointed in.
