Northern Lights of The Back Woods.
Hello pilgrems and fellow growers as i have stated in a couple threads prior to this official one I am growin namebrand seeds this time around and it be my first time doin so. In all my other grows I have just grown bagseed and got real good at it. Just wanted to be postin some pics of these here name brand plants to see ifin yu pros think I be doin well byem? I be not havin any problems so far and feel they all be healthy and happy but like I said name brand deserves they right ovation. These here plants be Northern Lights/Skunk and since i never be growin namebrand stuff just be curious ifin these be lookin like Northern Lights to those who be growin it in the past. Be thankin anyone who be stoppin by the fire to chaw the fat bout this all imput be appreciated. Thanks gain pilgrems.
These here be about 4 weeks into true veg and are just startin to show alternatin nodes. I think I will letem go 1 or 2 more weeks before the flip and start with the big bloom nutes and some good old molasses as i have done in the past with the bagseed.

It's kinda hard to tell if'n they are NL.. Leaf structure looks killer! You'll be able to tell whether or not it's NL/SK when ya start to flower.The sk will take control and the buds calyx's will swell beyond a regular strain like NL. Being it is a hybrid.. You will see more of the skunk traits than the NL... But,the NL will be the dominate in the end as far as what it smokes like! You should be very happy and stoned! They look SUPER,Drifter!:thumbsup:

Hey Gagrown be much abliged with yur valued imput it be makin me feel good that i do have the ability to grow the GOOD STUFF as well and yur imput makes me excited as to what the outcome gunna be at the end. Another thing I be noticin as well as even though these here little plants be just over 4 weeks veg they be stinkin the shed up somethin never smelt in there before is this be normal? And ifin I put them into flower I guess i could be doin research for this question but since i be gettin yu hear what does the NL/Skunk yield like be they good yielders or so so. I will be growin in veg til they be about 18 inches high as I dont wantem growin to big to handle in my area during flower. Thanks again pilgrem for yur valued responces much abliged

I just posted a video of SK1 and Big Bud.. Take a peek and you'll see some of the traits you will have in your plants,by comparing to the sk1 in the video. I flowered the sk1 at 12 inches tall after toppin' them..

Beautiful plants. Looking healthy and good taken care off.
For the smell, its normal with them. I was also growing bagseeds and only for this time I got two bigbud/skunk. They were smelling after second week like second month of my bagseeds. That's the skunk genes I guess :)

Hey Lyn partner be glad yu thinkin I be doin so well I like to be thinkin I give to them in there life what they be givin to me in return at death just plain heaven. I be hopin on at least 2 turn female fur me and I will be happy as a chipmunk with his cheaks full of stolen seeds LOL Hope yu be stoppin by the fire here anytime yu have a wish to do so! Reading that sent chills through my body remembering when I was a child playing with my best friend back then and they ran ahead in the woods while I was looking at some strange little rabbit that looked like a skunk in its markings hiding in a thick bush. It snarled and then sniffed my fingertips. That wolf then looked in my eyes and thinking back on it I could almost see its human soul behind those brown eyes. It gave me the slightest lick and walked away turning back to look at us every few steps as it left.
My heart was pure with that wolf because as young as I was at the time it couldn't have been in a purer form. Thanks for making me remember that. Don't believe I have recalled that in at least 2 decades. Sometimes we need to recall tramatic things to appreciate life. And the lucky times we escaped death without a clue we were even facing it.

I have battled this beast as it takes from me and my home everyday and night I have takin more from him and his family then he has of mine and together we share commen respect. the spirit of the wolf will guide yu ifin yu let it it will protect yu ifin yu let it but this be a very spiritual talk fur me as I live with the beast. Well fellow pilgrems be makin the decision this mornin to do the flip a week early. As of this day I be flipped to 12/12 and will post some pics as the be sproutin budd ifin it would make pilgrem happy maybe we all be lucky and get to drowel a bit as well. Any how please be sendin some good vibes my way ifin yu be so kind as I be needin at least one to be female fur sure my pouch be gettin mighty empty soon.

Yup be soundin like my evryday afternoon time all we need to add to the equasion be yu guys I gots the perfect fishin holes the worms the shine gettin little low on erb but hey just went 12/12 wont be long now i figure the pouch be toped up gain. Ifin yu like pike here be the place to getem up here we have pike every cast and when yu be catchin one another be eatin at the one yu be catchin he yu be seein a 3 pounder bein et by a 10 pounder never ends up her. Thanks gain fur settin by the fire pilgrem yu be always welcome here.

Well I be appreciatin it pilgrems came here to help ifin I can and learn ifin i need to and not be lookin to have problems from any folk but every now and then some yung buck be challengin a leader be seein ifin the can climb in status above others and I be mighty stubbern sometime to be buttin heads and knockin in place ifin it be a place they need puttin. I only try and help folks but sometimes folk get in there heads they be askin questions in places like this here one and only be open to the answers they be wantin to here and soon as yu be givin them a answer they dont want to here they be takin it as attack and startin drama bout it. I be to old fur that kinda crap. Maybe they should set up age appropriate rooms on this site and folks be hangin with there maturity level just a thought.
