heres the thing, ive been a stoner for a while or long enough to have an opinion on the matter. im curious to know what your prefered smoking device is. for me it has always been the bong.....but not just ne bong, i mean THE FOUR FOOTER. never in all my smoking days has ne thing ever knocked me on my ass the hardest or given me the biggest rip. now dont get me wrong, smoking pot is smoking pot and i love smoking no mater which way i smoke it, however from the moment i took that first enormous rip (you know the kind of hit that has your head in your hands after you blow out that milky almost yellowish clowd of smoke)......i was hooked. any ways id appreciate your feedback, peace out and keep on smoking.

ps. id also like to add that one of my most depressing times was when i learned that the glass four footer(which wasnt even mine )that i used reguarly had been broken. its a sad story but instead of dwelling i smoked a 4.0 blunt in memory of a true fallen soldier

The best bongs are home made not shop bought,the stranger the contraption (2 stage,3 stage,made out of a frozen melon) the better.
But over the years I've used it every way known to man,when I worked in holland I used to have two space cakes for breakfast each morning.

I have sort of a hobbie of making homemade pipes and bongs and the best unit i have ever smoked from was a home-made gravity bong i made from a tupperware cereal container and a 3 liter bottle with the very bottom cut off. this bong burned one bowl per hit. only one person in the history of this bong has cleared a full hit and he was choking for about a half-hour. he was so stoned that he had to have a friend drive him home. hahahaha Sorry Brandon :D well there is my story.

im a bong man, but your poll left a few important items out. joints, blunts, etc... it's not my fav. but it might be for some. my favorite: homemade bongs, mine is the shit!

My girlfriend and I once stayed home from school and made a gravity bong using a five gallon jug it was the fuckin shit. We used her pool as the water part because nothing was big enough and we didn't want to do it inside her house.

Vapourisers, thats where the future is people. They are the more effective bong that gives u a pure THC hit that, in short, fucks you right up. I recommend everyone buy one (or make one, its not hard) and enjoy the 100% THC goodness. This will save you weed too, which is always a good thing!

I stuck a bowl on my home made gravity bong from a Hpnotiq bottle..750ml, thick glass.
It turned a relaxing experience from a very small ratchet piece into a no-breathing cough a-thon in which i have never been more stoned in my life. Go homemade!

I read a report on the highest THC count from a medical report in which they tested a joint/blunt, a water bong, a vaporizor and a bowl. it went in this order from highest to lowest

Joint/blunt - Bowl - Water bong - Vaporizor. the vapor sucked ass as they showed...terrible to use. only really meant for the taste i suppose. I use a G-Bong because the smoke lingers, and goes right in the contained just waiting for me to hit it..and there isn't that much res so it can't be holding that much thc from me! Whee forever live gbongs

HA! We made a bong out of a whiffle ball bat!
And a pipe out of one of the toys where you pump the base, and a plane flies into the air.
And a bong from a coke bottle, tape, straws (we were desperate)
And I know people who roll there joints in Orbitz gum wrappers....minty :) (though not very health;)

homemade bongs kick ass...my best was with a 2L milk jug (the white plastic kind) and a trombone mouthpeice...all you need is some hot glue, and you've got a semi-permanent mad-hitter bong.

lol i usually just make mu bongs outa a 20 oz soda and poke holes and use tin foil

I got a budbomb. Best pipe I've ever owned. Comes apart in 4 pieces for cleaning - and the spiral mechanism is sweet - no heat transferred to the mouthpiece!!!!

personally i love my bongs. my mate,niall, he's realy big into his bongs. they all have names. everyone's favourite is dipso! dipso is the most beautiful bong in the whole world! he's a five chamber water bong! takin a hit off dipso is like eatin a fuckin cloud man! its jus fanastic!

bongs bongs bongs. the first one i got was acrylic, but it's still huge and nice. my friend is gonna buy me a glass bong for my birthday, she would then be my BEST friend. i still have the bong i made out of a gaterade bottle + two coconut-shaped smoothie cups for more chambers. my ferret's water bottle broke once, but not enough so i couldn't make a bong for HER to hit. damn, she's as much of a pot head as me.

I'm sorry but I can't simply choose just one. It depends on what kind of mood I'm in that varies the way I partake. I've been using a glass bubbler I bought from a schweet shop RootsRockReggae, and it hits like a mUTHa!!
I used to be friends with a dude that owns a 19 inch Jerome Baker that had a glass galaxy on the neck. The only thing you could smoke in that was KB, smoking anything else in it was too much of some too old dirt weed. Nothing has ever hit me harder than a JB packed to tha brim with some CHRONIC!! Ever since they shut down the genius that created the Jerome Baker, I've been contemplating ganking the closest one..muahahahah!! nah I couldnt do that to any stoner.
My last and favorite way to toke for special occasions is a blunt with a bit of honey spread on the inside, and then packed as tight as possible. MMM MMM MM!! Damn, the honey makes the blunt burn slower, burning the KB better...getting me higher, and I'll be damned if that sweet tasting blunt dont snap, crackle, and pop my world.

Home made boels, I have a hobby shop for a garage and I never cease to amaze myself with what I can come up with.

I love blunts. So much, but I smoke the occasional bong or bowl when I'm with friends and don't have any blunt wraps.

My favourite way is pipes. No need to roll that way. :)

i have a bubbler that gets you insanely ripped off a hit or two, i have a bong, i have an RGB that just gets you soooo stoned off the littlest amount of weed, and i have a home made steam roller that gets you really really high
