No sorry, we do neither of those, as for CAD alot of people would take that chance to get free bud, as for samples our company is simply not large enough to have hundreds of people get samples.
i suggest you start off with something small, maybe buy a gram.

Do what Budmail did... Offer the first 10 people a free sample.. a gram or half a gram, even... pay for postage and packaging.. once those 10 people recieve it, theyll probably make an order from your site... then theyll spread the good word.. when it comes to mail order weed, trust doesnt come for free :)

this guy is a scam, if u payed cash nothin u can do . if u payed via a internet bankin (i.e: paypal, e-gold contact them asking for a refund and say u bought somit legal obviously. and report him to scam sites ie: scams.da.ru
