Im lost - drug test this month
Hi everyone.
I have done some reading on this forum and I cannot come to a decent conclusion on detoxing my body in time for Drug test.
My test is on the 31st January (this month)
I smoke between a £10 or £20 of bud every day (thats 1.4 gram for £10 or 2.8 gram for £20) I know thats expensive but thats what everyone gives round here.
I smoke for various reasons - the buzz, to feel normal (i feel im addicted and get anxious when i havn't had a decent joint)
Now i have a drug test comming up on the 31st January, its a supervised test, i have to pee into a container in front of the doctor (i can turn my back but so he can't see my penis and also - becuase i can't pee if someones watching)
Now my main issue, i cannot use anyone elses urine, my normal doctor would allow me to use the toilets to have a pee in the cup - meaning i could easily fake the test with someone elses urine BUT this is not my normal doctor - its a doctor provided by the DVLA (driving licence company) and he Supervises you pee'ing into the cup.
I need some help in detoxing in time for the test.
I did the test before and stopped smoking for nearly 7 weeks and i passed the test, however this time - they have cracked down hard on the amount of time you have to take book your test from the date they sent you the letter.
I have tried to say i have not received the letter so they emailed it... no way of extending any time their... so what can i do.
The letter was dated 3rd January and my test is 31st January thats less than 4 weeks away...
I smoke some strong White Widow on the 3rd... since that day i havn't touched it and i have not been around anyone that smokes it...
Im getting the swets really bad now as my body is cleaning its self, or maybe this is due to anxiety because i have not had a smoke for 2 days.
Can someone help please, im really worried that I wont have detox'ed fully for the test on the 31st, everyones been telling me that it takes minium of 6 weeks to rid the body of the THC.
Please can someone help, ive started taking Milk Thistle tables and im also drinking Tea and Coffee on a regular basis through the day, I also like a drink of alcohol on an evening, tonight im having a couple of whiskeys with my father.

The milk thistle has no affect on the rate that THCA is filtered through the body and drinking fluids(coffee, tea, water) daily will not help you to clean out faster. Your only hope is rigorous exercise(cardio works best), a high fiber diet(Metamucil works great) and time. I would pick up some cheap test strips and periodically test yourself up until test time. Remember to use the first urination of the day when doing this.
Those three things alone are the only way to rid your body of THC. You may also want to read the Dilution thread in case you need to refer to it the day of the test. You can find it under my signature at the bottom of the page.

I think i will go down the route of dilutation then, it seems easy enough.
I will be on the red meats, doing a 1 mile run every morning and evening (to and from work) and then also drinking sustainable amounts of fluids... to what i can cope with, i have a weak bladder so if i drink too much ill pee'ing every two minutes and that isnt good for me... not when i have to leave my desk to go to a loo and everyones wondering why im up and down like a yo-yo

You don't have to drink lots of fluids daily, just keep yourself hydrated as you workout. Drinking large amounts of fluids only works on the day of the UA. Dilution helps to lower the THCA metabolite levels in your body so that you can be under test cutoff levels. After all the water is consumed and filtered through the body, you will start to test positive again.

Milk thistle has no effect on THC. Drinking water days or weeks before the U/A is useless. THC is not water-soluble, its fat-soluble. THC is stored in the fat cells and remain there until the fat cells are burned for energy. You cannot "wash" or "flush" THC from the fat cells by drinking copius amounts of water. When fat cells burn, the THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys and deposited in the bladder. The rate in which the THC metabolites are filtered from the bloodstream by the kidneys is unaffected by drinking copius amounts of water.
Drinking water is only good for the day of the U/A. It only serves to dilute the THC metabolite concentration that is present in the bladder to where the urine sample can register below the cutoff thresholds of the drug screen. The phenomena is only temporary. Once all of the water consumed had already been urinated out, a "dirty" donor would resume testing positive for THC.
Dilution techniques can backfire if the THC metabolite concentration in the bladder is too high. For most longtime daily users, it would be virtually impossible to dilute that concentraion enough without overdiluting and sending up the red flags at the lab.

Ok i understand what you guys are saying.
So - how about if - 3 days before the test i eat plenty of red meat on each day upto and including the day of the UA, also - on the day of the UA drink plenty of fresh orange, water and take plenty of vitamin b complex... do you think this would raise any flags?
Also - is it legal for the DVLA accredited doctor to attend a home visit to take the UA, i mean - how do i know he is not going to tamper with the test for his own benefit of me having to take another test and then the doctor charging the DVLA another fee for the second test - i know it sounds far fetched but if i can think of that scam anyone can... or am i just paranoid becuase of the THC.
I dunno how i passed before, i smoked more than i have ever done before becuase i didnt work then, i was sat on my backside all day at home smoking it 24/7 instead of ciggaretts then stopped and didn't even have one drag in 6 to 7 weeks till my test... however, i drank loads of fresh orange, kept my self hydrated all the time and had a positive feeling i would pass and yes i did pass.
Am i just paranoid, whats your thoughts? 1.4 to 2.8 gram a day, some days i would just have 3 joints max, i did smoke it during the day at work before i got a promotion - now its not possible as the people at my work are always working within arms length of me and would easily smell it, from say mid october till sunday just gone i cut down a little and was smoking from 6pm till 10:30pm (not like before the promotion, i smoked a joint at 6:30am walking to work) then at mid-day on my lunch and then at 4pm on my way home and then right until i went to bed.
I just cant help it, its killing me now - the first time i did a UA i found it easy to stop as i had other things to take it off my mind, now i just have my self and a computer - no girlfriend and only see my son a few times a month (due to the ex being a cow) so im under a lot of stress and have nothing to relieve it, i find it hard getting to sleep too and im swetting alot too during the day and night.

If I follow the steps correctly in dilution - will i be ok?
Not sure on the cardio yet, had a very bad chest these past few days and not sure how long its gonna take to clear up.
So if i follow the steps correctly will i be ok.
I dont have much fat, im very lean so if im doing the dilution properly and eating the right meets 3 days before and upto the day of the UA, then taking vitamin b complex and dilution on the day of the UA will i be ok
from what you guys say in the dilution thread links i should be ok, but your not saying so now...
Clarify this please, i need to put my mind at rest.

If you can get clean before your test date you won't need to follow the dilution thread. If your still not clean the day of the test(take a home test to see) then follow the dilution method to the T and hopefully you'll test below cutoff levels. I cannot say whether or not this will be affective in your case, only periodic testing can verify this. I can say that the Dilution thread is accurate and when followed properly has a high success rate.

When you say get clean, what do you mean exactly... i know its a daft question but it takes 60 - 90 days to detox naturally...
Well im not smoking now, i havnt smoked since sunday (2nd of january) and my test is on the 31st - will this qualify as been clean if i still dont smoke until ive done the test.
Im not daft, i wont smoke now until ive done it, and also - the things in my last post about me diluting urine, will it work? - red meets 3 days before and upto the morning of the ua, then in the morning of my ua (3-4hrs before) keep drinking fluids and taking a abnormal amount of vitamin b complex.
if you can clarify this then thats about it.

Not necessarily... I take anywhere from 14-21 days to get clean. Some people take more and some take less. Everyone is different and only periodic testing can answer this.

Like I said before... This can only be verified by testing yourself. No one can guess and be accurate on when you'll be clean or if you'll be clean at test time. Do yourself a favor and buy some cheap test strips online and start testing yourself. This is the only way to accurately know for sure.

I have asked a friend if he will go into our local drug rehabilition centre to get me a few testing kits, they hand them out for free - mainly to parents who want to test their children and family to see if theyre no re-offending (re-taking drugs). He will be getting some on Monday so will test my self a week prior and on monday too.
