Installing Call of Duty Black OPs

So im sitting here installing my copy of black ops for pc...


Anyone else??? Come on now... Its going to be great!

I guess im the only one to partake in this goodness...

yeah, i'm trying to go get it in a bit, but for ps3. coudn't make it for the launch last night.

I play on the pc. horrible lag like everybody else, just waiting for the patch. I never payed 60 bucks for a beta test before :wtf3:

Im kind of disapointed in it... Like you said its released as beta on pc and the graphics..umm still directx9. Sigh..

Black Ops for PC? Whoa there buddy.

For the PS3 its a great game....raked up level 27 already.....loving those remote control car/bombs. Good times.

on PS3 dope game same as the other though so once you have killed a couple thousand I can see how it will be where the other one is, but dope game

With the last couple of updates it seem to be running alot better. I just need to play on west coast servers to get better ping.


Also side note: my little one is messing my k/d ratio also dont help when I'm medicated either;)

The best way to own in this game.

Use hardline pro, set killstreaks to SAM, care package, and sentry gun

Get all 3 of your packages and call them in. Use hardline pro to switch the package if you don't like what you got. For instance, I've switched 'ammo' for 'attack dogs'. I typically switch all 3 packages (unless we need a SAM turret).

This technique will help you dominate. I've got almost 5000 kills with a 2.2 k/d ratio - nuff said.

How are the patches treating you budluv? The latest patch has made it run smooth as silk for me but now every once in awhile it crashes and I have to use task manager to close it. Annoying... Still fun though.

Going to have to try the hardline pro thing. Never use that perk so was unaware you could change your care packages.

If anybody else is still having problems with the pc version. Download a small app called Blackopscfgediter.exe

You run it before the game once and choose the options that match your pc and then save and start the game. Runs smooth as butter now.
