1st post and upset

First hello to everyone new person here aug 28th 2010 recived my card have necrosis of the left hip,,turns out allergic to opiods, so my doctor/orthopedic surgeon not real happy but out of options for sleep and pain, So bought a 400watt hps dirt chemicals pots mylar flourscent light for veg a 100$ hps light bulb and 2 books the grow bible by green and horticulture by cevates, then went on line and ordered seeds from (seed boutique) 455.00Euro's alittle over 600$ us.. thrusday got my package from UK of seeds one side had green tape on it saying us customs .. and seeds gone and a letter saying we took them, and phone numbers I called them because I have a MMCard and they dont care they kept my seeds and said the card dosent really mean anything, so I asked how do I get some seeds to grow if I cant order then from outside the usa and have them mailed to me, again they said its all illegal card or not,,So I have spent 869.77$ on growing equipment ,and now cant buy seeds. no one told me this!!!!! can someone please tell me what I need to do to find or get seeds because Iam afraid to order again after losing my 600$ and getting a letter from the Goverment,I dont have endless amounts of money to be throwing around,and now worried about that letter, are they coming to my house next? what they say canada sells seeds but mailing to my home if they the goverment catches them again what will happen, plus a 4 hour drive my hip wont make it there too long on a drive for me,,so sorry if Iam whinning but know one tells you shit about anything, any suggestion , anyone sells seeds in the usa? I dont know what else to do or to look,, Ray

Check the threads in this forum area for dispensaries that have clones. I know people have gotten seeds successfully over the internet. I have never tried since I've kept a stock over the years from the top shelf stuff I have gotten. And, you can also find help there. You can start with NEC420, they are in Tacoma and have a web site, or used to. :thumbsup:

Yah, man, hip necrosis is friggin aawesome painful, I feel for ya.

My suggestion at this point is see if you can figure out a dispensary that is close to you. Get some clones first off if you can. They will get your garden going faster.

Now, if you want specific seeds, order online from Attitude or Nirvana's Seed Botique. Make a small order of just one, heck you only need 15 plants total, so once you get the cloning going, 5 seeds will get you where you need to be.

That all takes time. Fiind some bag seed, heck, many times a grower will dump his high end medicine that got fertilized as bag weed and have seeds that could be awesome.

Again, the fastest for you would be to find some clones.

well havent learned alot but,, thanks to all that responded, 1st I DO NOT WANT ANY FREEBIES HANDOUTS CLONES just advice on how to get some seeds and why did they take them I have a card and when I called they (goverment) didnt care,,so how do I order seeds and make sure they get here and I dont get into trouble and I dont lose anymore money,,thats it..

the drug war at its finest, I am not sure why you ordered $600 in seeds that is allot of seeds or expensive either way I had no idea customs did that, and that should be illegal. in seeds that is allot of seeds, but clones is the way to go, if you have dispensaries then getting clones is way cheaper and you only need about 3 or 4 different clones then you can take clones from those. We are involved in a drug war and medical or not, life saving or not the government will not help you. they will take everything away, and put you in prison though they are happy to do that. so stay safe and keep low and stay within the state limits, and welcome to the front lines of a crappy propaganda war

okay as far as the seeds that was only 4 packs, blueberry feminized 185.00 sensi star fem 135.00 great white shark femz 115.00 and bubbleberry fem 145.00..so only bought 4 packs 10 feminized seeds in each pack it said,, now as for the clones does anyone know where to get them in my neighborhood lynnwood/everett area,,since too freaked out to order seeds every again

nebbio buying seeds have always been risky. Marc Emery is in federal prison for 10 years because he sold seeds. Obviously seed boutique didn't do a very good job of stealth packaging. Go the clone route, it will be easier anyway. Be sure and read up on the law to make sure you stay in the 15 plant, 24 ounce guideline and be careful not to let anyone know your growing. You get hit from both the crooks and the cops so be as discreet as possible.

I ordered seeds from Castle almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received them yet. How long did it take you to get yours?

Clones from stores usually have issues....Powdery mildew or mites

I love this idea of a guaranteed delivery! That sure would have saved me some stress in the beginning. I ordered my seeds from Amsterdam. 14 days later my package came, but I think it is hit or miss. It just as well could have been a letter from customs that came instead. I am a Ham Radio operator and always get mail from all over the world. You would be surprised how many letters confirming contacts get opened and inspected before they reach my door.

Sorry to hear of your hassles getting seeds. Vaped is correct. Your MM license is only good in your state. The federal gov does not recognize any states medical marijuana licenses. If you are driving along and happen to be passing through a National Park or National Forest in the state where you are licensed you can still be arrested even for posession.

Thats a shame. Some people just give up easy. Its always a struggle to do what is right. Governments never make it easy. Thats why you have to keep hammering them to do the right thing. We'll eventually win this battle if the economy doesn't completely crash. This has been a 50 year battle and a lot of very rich powerful people don't want us to win for no other reason than it sets a precident, and they fear that.

a lot of companies will reship your order if you show a copy of your customs notice. but most likely youve been flagged so you need another address to send it to. most people dont call customs, your admitting to a crime. your license will only protect you from local law enforcement. postal is a federal crime and your not protected from federal law. i would hold off on the grow for a while.

I'm sorry you got ripped off. Go to craigslist.org (but don't click on the word here, it's a bad link) and find your location. Then, do a search for mmj or clones and see if you can find someone near you. This will be much faster way to grow your medication. I got started this way and met a really nice person in the process, but be careful and use your intuition about people. Good luck!

JUST GO TO TACOMA CROSS THEY HAVE CLONES 25$ they also have seeds. you are making it to hard on yourself. grow the clones then make more clones. if you get a bag of pot it may have a seed or more

Yes, buying clones from dispensaries is an easy thing to do, but someone had to pop a seed to make that clone thing happen.
Im not against buying clones, but those of you that have the means should import new genetics from seed.
Do not bottle-neck the quality of our local meds buy limiting strain selection.

I just assassinated two males the other day. They were out growing two others I started from the same purple batch of seeds by nearly double. Can't handle no males right now. Not set up for it yet!!! But I know I still got some seeds.:D

How about sticking two different strains in a room together and shocking them to hermaphrodite? Lots of seeds, different strains mostly female and not breaking Federal Import Law. Just a thought.

You can get seeds locally that were bred by cup winning breeders.

I have been collecting and germinating seeds of all types from all over. I target cup winners but also have some rare old school genetics.
I also use some landrace genetics to infuse more vigor to the older strains that have slowed down.

The genetics I have been working with are all top line genetics and the ones that will be released locally will have been tested thoroughly for the last 5 years.
My first release will be either a strain I call BerryWhite, or the legendary Chemdawg DD F2's.
When released, I invite all and any local medical growers to support a local breeder that has done his homework.
My goal is to produce strains that cover our medical needs that will harvest in 8 weeks and something you will be proud of having in your grow room.,(I have a strain that is 100% powder mildew resistant and hope to use those genetics in my program) and hopefully finding a keeper strain you can pass down to the next generation.
My plans are to release the intitial batch this spring or early summer to all the local dispensaries...and I will make sure they are affordable to even the most modest income. .

I will also be passing out a limited amount of free tester seeds for future genetics also.

So watch for FrogFart seeds to hit your local dispensary soon.
