i saw the live feed tonight with those ignorant fools talking about it. I can't wait until this gets smacked down.
That's what we say about everything, but rarely does anything get smacked down. I wish that we could be more proactive instead of assuming lawyers are going to come save the day.Quote:

What's going on in Denver
No more caregivers. Patients can grow for themselves, no more than two patients to a house. :wtf:Quote:

completely unconstitutional, but the lawyers make more money helping MMCs comply than fighting it.
I read a story where most council members weren't even paying attention when people against it were speakin. In other words it appears they had made their mind up before ever taking comments & they didn't give a rats Ass what anyone had to say.:mad:Quote:

These are listed in the Federal Register as protected people.
The point that I am trying to make is that the intolerant political class is using the power of government to legislate discrimination and harassment of a uniquely identifiable group of people that choose to medicate with marijuana. They did the same thing to black people, gays, disabled people, old people, and now they are doing it to us. Shame on them!
Long Live Amendment 20, a Retained Right!
we need a new round of hero lawyers that need to make a name for themselves.
Don't see that combination every day...Quote:

I had hard time inserting the article link. Go to American Civil Liberties Union and read.
