Yes, hi, this is my first thread.. I joined after googling about testing negatively on urine tests. A few years back I had stopped smoking for about 3 weeks, drinking water and cranberry juice in the meantime, before my test. I bought Test Pure and followed the directions exactly and passed the test to get the job.
Today I was at Family Court because of custody/support issues with my ex. He is a dick and a recovering intravenous heroin addict (only been clean supposedly a couple months..), out of spite he asked that I be drug tested on the spot, even though I have no record or history with any kind of drug whatsoever. So I had no choice but to take it, and obviously tested positive for THC.
My next court date is 19 days from now and they will definitely test me again being that I tested positive the first time. I just smoked a blunt last night. Should I just go with the same method I used last time? I think I just feel more confident buying the drink because I passed the test, whether it was actually because of the drink or not.. any advice?

I'm gettin hair strand tested for my lil girl I'm busy destroying my hair as we speak! I'm fucking pisssssssed my ex is a proper proper bastard for this he knows that I smoke every night after the little one is all sorted and in bed - read the 2 threads that I started.
He knows she's always been properly provided for this is just bullshit they wouldn't find any alcohol in my hair but they aint interested in that, illegal drugs are illegal end of story, bud may as well be crack to them the way they're treating me now.

Yeah same with my ex he knows I'm a damn good mother and I'm the same way, I smoke when he has already been asleep for a while and I go outside.. I'm not blowing it in his face..jesus.. He was even okay with me smoking during my 2nd trimester and now he's gonna pull this shit.. unbelievable.
My attorney tried to make it so I wouldn't have to test.. but I felt either way, whether I took it or not it would look bad to the judge. At least by taking it, they know I only have THC in my system and not crack.. because that's how the law guardian was treating me before I took it. I've never even gotten a speeding ticket. It's bullshit.:mad:

Just make sure for certain u wont be hair tested cuz i thought that was the norm for family court - it definately is in UK they wont even consider urine test for me (i did try!), if they take your hair on the spot you wont stand much chance, at least if u find out now ull have time to do what some of us are doing and Jerry G's method or something

then again..if they took ur hair without notice you would still have to wait 10-15 days for the results so i guess they would have had to tell you today if thats how they wanted to test u

Let me see if I have this right... You were pop urine tested in family court and given 3 weeks to abstain and get clean. Then you decided to smoke a blunt, knowing that you would have another court date and be tested a second time. Why would you risk losing your kids over a little weed? Sounds pretty selfish to me... Good luck beating this one, cause I'm sure you'll have someone standing over your shoulder while you take the test.
By the way, detox drinks are a sham. They are nothing more than simple dilution, which will be your only hope in passing this test. Read the Dilution sticky thread under my signature for all the info.

I read it as she was in Court today and she smoked last night, I don't think she has plans to smoke again before the test....unsure about smoking in pregnancy tho, I know I didn't :S

Good luck, smokng marijuana does not make or break being a good parent. I am in Rhode Island where the Dept of Health has registered a 7 year old. It seems like you are doing everything possible and correct by retaining a lawyer etc..., I would suggest that you purchase some synthetic test urine (powdered or other) for the next court appearance (just in case he pulls that stuff again) Here in the US it's about 20 bucks but thats a cheap price for a peice of mind. I hope that things work out for you and the other member here with similiar issues...Hang n there Karma's a bitch!

In the Great state of RI the Dept of health has allowed a 7 year old with Dr's recomendation (which she has) to use MMJ.

I think I've read so much about hair testing and methods to beat it I'm starting to get confused..
I'm going to do 4 bleach and redyes (done two already and my hair is suprisingly o.k -just a little dry), a baking soda paste, soak my hair in the hottest water I can stand, Paul Mitchell 3 clarifying shampoo daily, and put as much heat from blow drier and straighteners as I can on my hair also.. I think I'm being quite thorough but I still have a couple of questions...
1) From what I understand, it is alkalines such as baking soda and ammonia that open the hair cuticle, not acids - which leads me to the question of how vinegar is going to help?
2) I've heard a lot of mention of Tide laundry Detergent - I am in UK so cannot get this and was wondering if any washing powder will do (is it even powder or is it liquid?)
3) I do not know what is T/Gel and T/Sal...?!
I'm sorry if I keep repeating my questions, I want as much help from people like Jerry G and Diege as possible and do not want them to think I haven't done my reading, its all I have been doing- I'm just finding so much contradicting information my head is starting to spin, plus the fact this is a very sad and stressful time for me is not helping, if I could say bollocks to it all I would just curl up in bed with a fat joint - but unfortunately theres a lot riding on these results

Chances are they will test the same way they did prior. These types of things are ussualy bought in bulk for en masse testing due to bottom line expense. Besides in my experience which is lengthy in all types with exception of hair test companies, counties and jails do one type of testing. It makes it easier for the one adminestering and that specific type has provably already been proven beneficial in the courts...good luck:pimp:
