Thats Fucking Tarded!! Their just setting it up to deny more and more applications.
don't you think THEY should be meeting their deadlines, before handing out threats!!!!?????!!!!????
That was my first thought, sort of a double standard isn't it? Do as I say, not as I do. :(Quote:

Technically, the 35 day rule has always been in place.
true but that wasnt really what was getting at its always something with these people. so now, one wonders how are they going to enforce this. place their own employees as armed auditors in each dispensaryQuote:

If the state ever gets around to denying applications, then any MMC that sold the 'denied' person medicine during that period of time would technically be selling to a non-patient, which is illegal.
It's inconvenient, but so is everything about this legislation. Oh well, I'm just glad I can medicate.
Although, I will be slowing down my MMC visits since they are starting to ask for redcard and id, then showing it to recording video camera. I don't care to have anyone know how much I visit, and my MMC's will suffer for it.
Every MMC will be hooked up to a camera system that will be accessible at any time by _____, I am not sure. We're told that this system won't track amount purchased, but I have concerns about my trips to mmc's being recorded. I have a public image in my other life.Quote:

Same for if any of my confidential information. The concept that patients will be persecuted in any way to me seems to be unlikely.
I love your heart ReLeaf!
We need more people like you!
Hey, how is everything going for you? Haven't seen a post in a while. Hope you're well.Quote:

Oh I'm sorry you just ruptured your disks in a car accident. We'll see if medical marijuana can help you in a month or so. Until then maybe ice or something.
Like I said, it was technically in place. As "big caregivers", as you put it, we could raise an affirmative defense. Now the protection we had under A20 is gone. Pretty sure we're saying the same thing. Although, according to the city attorney, they'll prosecute anyone in the first 35 days, regardless of where it was purchased. I brought up the aff defense, haven't heard back yet.Quote:
