Hurts to know that the high-class is trying to keep the little man down. But what pisses me off the most is how these republicans are getting elected for lying and deceiving the public to avoid discussing their real agenda. Its like a lying contest for them.

Its like a broken record of liberalism in this thread.....same folks....same old song and dance. We all heard the same hatin before Virginia, and before New Jersey, and before Brown JACKED Kennedys seat, and here we go again.
This persons unelectable here and for this reason blah, blah, blah. Maybe she will lose.....but atleast there isnt some fake conservative from Delaware anymore casting his votes for cap and trade and other liberal pipe dreams.
Everyday this race will get closer. With each week that passes O'Donnel will gain momentum, hell, she raised a million dollars YESTERDAY alone.....and in the end.....she's gonna win this. Watch Wisconsin fall too.....Feingolds headed out. This election will be bigger than 2008.

Same old corporate apologists in this thread whining about the man stifling job creation by the top 1%.
I'm looking forward to paying more taxes myself, although I'll only be hit with the 39% rate on about 55K of earnings. The rest will be protected under the middle class tax cut (below 250K) as of last year's returns.
Hey I have an idea, Palin 2012! Ha ha ha ha. That's your brain trust?! Go back to night school. Depaul must offer some continuing ed option even after 7 failed years. You could probably get a government subsidized loan...
I'm looking forward to November when Dems will retain control of both houses. Mark my words. Now what would be better would be if we could elect some real progressives who would enact policies to redistribute wealth downwards instead up upwards. Oh wait, no. That's socialism. When they distribute wealth upwards, that's market liberalization. The one time you think liberalism is a good thing, eh?

Before you start wetting yourselves over Miller... See This article.
First Nevada, then Delaware, then New Hampshire, and now Alaska, not to mention CT and CO. The Republican party is cannibalizing itself. Thanks ball garglers, I couldn't have scripted it better myself. Keep up the good work! If this keeps up we will see an out right split in the republican party. It's a wonderful day when Limbaugh takes shots at Rove. How funny. The best part is that these wingnuts drive independents away and energize the progressive base. I can't wait to hear what these oh so qualified candidates have to say between now and November. Every time they open their mouths they turn off more and more voters. Oh we are so scared.
snicker snicker.

We know your scared homie.....trust me. Its fun to watch.
Anyone who has taken a political science class would clearly see that the Republican Party isnt eating itself......its purging all the fake ass Rino's who are JUST as bad as the marxist liberals......and absorbing the tea party.....which is ALOT of Independents my naive little buddy. Which should make you really scared......cause we both know.....the ONLY reason Obama even won.....was cause the Independents broke Obama's way. After he ran a FAKE ASS CAMPAIGN based on complete BS. And now the guys ignorance and stupidity on how to lead are SHINING through for all to witness and observe.
Blast O' Donnel all day.....no skin off my nose. Lets have a look at the Democrats candidate.....Mr. Self Admitted "Bearded Marxist." Wow....what a revolutionary guy this schmuck is. Really????? And your talking trash about O'Donnel?? If Barak Obama's inexpierienced, community organizer, well spoken ass can be president.....you better belive O'Donnel has a shot in Delaware

Wow.......poor libs couldnt get Veteren Beau Biden to run so they literally just dumped this moron into the mix......yea......O'Donnel has NO chance against a powerhouse jackass like Coons. No chance at all.
The President himself can hardly fill an auditorium anymore.....and nobody wants him to campaign for them. Oh......and we all loved how Obama is NOW going to church with the midterms coming......fucking pathetic. An emergency religous man I see. Always Classy..:rastabanna:

The recession ended in 2009 under whose watch? Thanks Obama. It only took a year for him to turn the Bush tidal wave of economic devastation.
And now this:
Generic Ballot Virtually Tied: Democrats 46%, Republicans 45%
Yeah. So scared. The democrats have closed the gap. Now let's pile on some tea party craziness and end the tax cuts for the rich. This will widen the split in the GOP and continue to drive voters towards those that best represent their interests. What's next, the witch will case a tea party spell on the White House?! ha ha ha. The tea party candidates are pathetic. Show me one that isn't a right wing extremist nut job.

How can you spend campaign funds on personal expenses?
How can you have a campaign without a campaign finance manager/treasurer when that is illegal to not have a treasurer and it's illegal to disburse campaign funds without a treasurer?
How did she make her money all this time if she claimed less than $20K in income for the past few years?
There is no way she can win.
I'm willing to bet IB that if she steps down or loses he goes away for ever and if she wins I go away forever.

Here is some leftist propaganda from the liberal main stream press.:hippy:
Witchcraft? Rent money? Christine O'Donnell's big problem: she's behind. - CSMonitor.com
Washington
Christine O??Donnell??s biggest problem right now has nothing to do with an old TV clip in which she admits dabbling in witchcraft. Nor is it related to the complaint filed by a watchdog group with the Federal Election Commission on Monday which alleges that she used $20,000 in campaign funds to pay rent and other personal expenses.
No, her biggest current problem may be that if the election were today, she would lose. After all the hoopla over her stunning upset in Delaware??s GOP Senate primary, and all the free publicity she got, and all the money that??s pouring into her campaign, she remains 15 points behind Democratic opponent Chris Coons, according to a just-released Fox News poll.
That??s kind of a wake-up call for her campaign, isn??t it? And if you dig down into the results of the survey (which was conducted right after the primary, in case you??re wondering) the news for Ms. O??Donnell does not get better.
Fully 60 percent of respondents said they did not believe O??Donnell is qualified to be a US Senator, while 60 percent said that opponent Coons is qualified.
And here??s the real burn: Mike Castle, the guy O??Donnell sent packing in the primary, appears to be the person the Delaware electorate as a whole actually wants. He??s 15 points ahead of Coons in the Fox poll, at 48 percent to 33 percent.
If there is any good news here, it is that the Delaware electorate does seem receptive to a "tea party" message, if not a tea party-backed candidate (so far). Fully 53 percent said they would prefer a smaller government that provides fewer services.
And we??ll note right here that the Fox poll was conducted via automated calling, a method that some pollsters feel is not as accurate as polls conducted by human operators. So it could be wrong.
And there is still time. A month and a half before the primary, O??Donnell was probably pretty far behind, too, and look what happened there.
Plus, GOP troops are pouring into Delaware to help the O??Donnell campaign. Her media work is now being handled by a public relations firm run by longtime Republican operative Craig Shirley. Tom Sullivan, a consultant with ties to former GOP congressman Dick Armey, is helping out as an unpaid adviser.
The campaign has attracted more than $2 million in donations since last Tuesday, O??Donnell aides say.
As to the ethics complaint filed by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, O??Donnell herself refutes it.
??The momentum surrounding this campaign is obvious. That??s why they??re creating baseless accusations to try to stop it,? she told reporters Monday night

Angle is now BEATING Dufus Harry Reid.....Feingolds losing double digits in Wisconsin.....Cuomo is going down in NY .....Christ and Meeks are gonna lose Florida by double digits.....Toomey is taking Pennsylvania...the Dem majorities will be GONE.
O'Donnels resume looks like half of The Obama Administrations cabinet picks.....and the point was to REMOVE fake conservatives....like Mike Castle who VOTED over and over again to support Obama's policies. Now....the Democrats have totally lost control of the narrative surrounding laughable Obamacare....their failed "Dream Act" of backdoor amnesty to make up all the independent votes they have lost, and the "Dont ask dont tell policy". Obama cant even fill a COLLEGE auditorium anymore. And when he does he gets heckled.
Why would I leave if O'Donnel loses? Sorry, i will never leave because some bleeding heart doesn't like my OPINIONS.....i suggest you get over it pretty quick.I thought progressives were open and accepting of all peoples and didnt discriminate? Until they start losing anyway lol. Im just happy an establishment FRAUD like Castle is gone forever. Deuce's homie.....dont let the door hit ya on the way out.
Once Pelosi and Steny are gone.....then its 2012 and 2014 time. Its not just gonna subside after the midterms....its gonna crank up. And there is nothing.......NOTHING on the left that can even come cose to competing with the tea party movement....including the PAID SEIU union protesters the democrats have to bus in to events LMAO......OTHERWISE KNOWN AS ASTROTURF. The dems are running from the Obama agenda now......and its hilarious.....after hearing for a year about the "new liberal majority"........bwahahahaha.

Leader.......dont think so. Nor will there be some "leader" appointed.....do you really think they are that stupid still???? Hey Mainstream Media and DNC.....here's your new lightning rod to make up stories of racism and swastikas. Sorry, aint gonna happen from a strictly strategic standpoint.
Back to subject......if Mrs. O'Donnel is sooooooo un-electable and into withcraft (funny stuff).....why is the Democratic National Committee (DNC) spending MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of $$$$$ out of their coffers in Delaware now? I believe thats Bidens homestate? Perhaps FEAR?:)

For the record I, too, need to weigh in on the subject of activist moderating. I understand the need to crack knuckles once in a while; it helps keep the discourse from deteriorating. I have benefited in this regard and I am more careful about what I post as a result. But like others here, I have also seen some actions that draws motive into question.
Most recently a poster here made light of PTSD. It was a one liner and was likely not very well thought out by the poster. The comment was not directed at anyone in particular. Rather, it was a generalized statement suggesting that some political views expressed on these boards may be the results of PTSD. He then went on to state that he didn't believe PTSD to be a real condition. I pointed out that country, flag, and vets were dishonored by this post and I suggested that other vets were also likely to disagree with his position.
This exchange did not involve a personal attack or insult. But it did make the poster look bad. Very bad. And by way of activist moderating the two posts were gone the next day. I did not receive a warning or any explanation for the removal of my post. As someone who has battled PTSD I would like to have heard a retraction and an apology from the poster in question. Further, others readers could have learned something about a badly misunderstood and misrepresented condition from the ignorance expressed by this poster. But that was not allowed to happen. It sure looked like protection to me.
This is one of a number of similar instances that do not fit the stated goals of the moderator. I have no problem being told to tone down the personal attacks. I understand that. But there appears to be pattern of deleted posts that do not fit that category. Let the chips fall where they may.
Tea Party Candidates help Dems
Two posts? There were four posts in that delightfully little piss fest that I deleted without warnings to anyone. Now I have two options regarding this sort of thing when personal attacks occur here. Since EVERYONE that posts in this area knows the rules I guess I could hand out infractions that would DEFINITELY bring a ban or just delete all comments/posts and forget it ever happened. Ya know, this sort of deletion moderating has saved peoples asses in more than one occasion in this forum and in others.
My thoughts behind the deletions is this; maybe IF they notice that personal attacks/piss fests will NOT be left up then why waste the time to post them? Now if people would rather that I hand out infractions with possible bans then fine, but I don't think that that option would win out if there was a poll since these do involve bans also.
It has been implied that my own personal political beliefs makes me lean in a one direction moderation line in here. My support is for this country, not the Bloods(Republicans) nor the Crypts(Democrats). Like gangs, both parties, in my opinion, will fuck you over without blinking an eye. It's time for a third party to emerge that isn't full of douche bag lawyers.
This kind of relates to the thread title; in its beginning the Tea Party looked to have promise with the ideals that they were projecting but now it's become a joke. The ONLY reason that Sarah Palin changed party lines is because she knows that the Republican format isn't popular and she has big time aspirations to be the first woman president. Likewise, I find it laughable when these others that do belong to the two major gangs state on how they relate to the tea party more than the other candidate.
Enough of the political rant, if you'd rather I'd hand out infractions for each piss fest/personal attack on this site I'd suggest that you set up a poll where everyone can vote. But once again I'll give a heads up! IF I have to waste my time giving infractions for numorous posts expect that there will be bans.
Have a good one!
