My testing situation........

Basically the same as most, pre employment. Regular once a day smoker at bedtime for the last 6 months. 5'11, 185lbs. Been clean 2 weeks today, and have a pre employment test one week from today, will be clean 20 days.

Been taking 4 400mg cranberry pills a day for the last 14 days, this morning drank 2 cups of coffee at 7am as usual took a pee, then at 9am drank one 32 ounce bottle of gatorade and took 2 cranberry pills and took a pee 30 minutes later. Then at 10am took a first check test at home good control line, light thc line, technically a pass. Waited an hour did another at home test, good color, good control line and still a light thc line, still a pass.

Whats the opinion here, is one 32 ounce gatorade going to show as a dilutution? Still have a week till the real thing, will wait till day before and test again and see what it looks like doing the same routine. Feeling like Im in the clear with another 7 days till test day. Test is at walkin medical clinic, and I know employer gets results same day.

Opinions or suggestions appreciated.

Read the Dilution thread at the top of the drug testing forum. All the information you need to keep your validity levels at their peak as well as the correct fluid amounts you should be drinking, are all listed.

Also, the Cranberry pills are not necessary. They do nothing to increase your chances of passing.

Thanks for the reply, have read the dilution thread and will follow. BTW, the cranberry pills are recomended by my urologist for the possible prevention of kidney stones, I just increased them the last 2 weeks on my own.

To bad the good DR isnt still with us, Ive read a couple of great lines from him on urine testing in one of his books.

You may also want to do your home test with your first urine of the day. That is when the highest concentration of thca metabolite are in your urine. If you can pass with your first urine of the day then you will pass your urinalysis. You will not have to do the full on dillution method. Just do a light dillute with 32 oz of gatorade 1-2 hours before your urinalysis.

Home tested again this morning, 2nd void of day, and no dilution at all this time. Got better lines today than I got yesterday after drinking a 32 ounce gatorade. Ive got 5 more test kits, so I will test every morning up untill test day on Monday, will start using 1st voids of day Wednesday. Wife thinks were having a party or something this weekend, I came home with 5lbs of Ribeyes, and 5lbs of NY strips last night, LOL.

Day 16, still getting same lines, good control andl light pink test line, but clearly there. Bought some different test kits today, just to be sure. Ive used 4 different brands now, with the same results across the board

wishing you well...had my moment this afternoon.

everything went well...took myself from first void to clear. With the first test, I voided once after clear and tested the second one...OK. Today, I took myself to clear, tested the next one and gave the lab the second after clear. Color looked good...light yellow...and like you...I loaded up on red meat over the labor day weekend. Burgers friday, steak saturday and ribs sunday (god I am still stuffed!!!)

was a bit nervous looking at all the low ages here and their experiences...your build and age (and timeline) made me feel a whole lot better.

Just a heads up for you and anyone else spending a lot of money on different home tests and passing them all. It is FAR cheaper to simply go to your closest lab that does urine tests and pay the $30 or so it costs. The results are 100% yours and yours alone. They cannot share them with anyone.

As many will tell you there is no difference. If you can pass a home test, you can pass the real thing. So why not skip the middle man next time and just go get the real thing and know for sure you are clean or not. They are more than happy to take your money :)

Good advice webdox, Im out about $125 in test kits all together.Best deal is online (I used Orton testing supplies) 5 test kits plus overnight shipping $30.

Day 17 today using 1st void good control line, faint thc line, but still a pass. Still have till Monday.

Glad it went well for you QuantumMechanic, Im thinking you passed! Im thinking Im in the clear now too. Update us, if you didnt get a call back yesterday you should be good.

so far I haven't heard anything...but...the company is on central time so folks are just getting there right about now. I know...probably be overly paranoid...but I figure I have gone this long. I am going to give it today...although I am already staring at that bud I spoke of...and will likely break down and tear into that bad mama tonight. It is really good stuff...I affectionately call it *head slap*...I can only imagine how hard it will slap me after 21 days :stoned:

It looks like your good to go surfing1. Go into lazy, veg mode over the weekend, eating some good fatty foods, fast food works good, just to be on the safe side. Do a mild dilute on test day and I will wish you a premature congrats. By the way, I did accept a job offer and the ironic thing is they do not require a drug test. I am going to wait until I receive their paperwork in the mail to be sure, WTF its only a couple of more days.

Congratulations to both of you guys, LOL, on maybe not getting tested, but better safe than sorry.

Day 18, light line again no dillution, 2nd void of day. I have an excellent link regarding at home tests that explains why thc lines are always lighter than tests for other drugs. I will try to forward it to someone here that has the power to sticky it without getting in any legal troubles.

Day 19, 1st void, light line but best yet. Im done testing, Im clean. Still eating my red meat, and will drink a gatorade before test on Monday. Last post till I get the real test results.

My advice to you...CHILL GOOD BUDDY!!! You are good to go. Just *flush* your system before the test...as I put it, take yourself clear...and give them the second or third void after that. My take on the lab visit was the tech felt like she was drug testing her grandfather...know what I mean...like 'god...sorry I have to do this to you'. I could've subbed NO problem at all!!!

As Morpheus from the Matrix said...'don't think you're gonna pass....know you're gonna pass'. You did the tests...if you believe they are equivalent to the lab (and from my knowledge of physics and chemistry they are) then they are gonna get the same result you have!!!!!

Being saturday and I have heard nothing from company or lab...looks like a PAAASSSSS!!! Thanks also for the advice on DFW. I grew up IN Chicago...I think I know what you mean.

Big negative guys! Went in the human resources office at 7am, was given a form for a 5 panel test, and went to the testing place did a e-check cup thing, and within 10 minutes the company called and said to come back do my paperwork for the job.

Did the asprin, tums and one 32 ounce gatorade around 6am, gave them the 4th void of day. Hope this helps someone out there. Thanks to all the regulars here who advised me and gave good advice along the way.See ya later gotta go do some paperwork.
