8 Days and Counting

Alright so I've recently been put on probation or possesion. It was for a relatively small amount. (0.2 grams) That's not important though.
I'm here asking for some much needed help. Now I've researched every piece of information on this section of the forum in hopes that I'll find some miracle remedy to beat my drug tests, and everything points me to believe that dilution is the best method, but how generally effective is it? Is there some information out there that someone is hiding? To give you the gravity of my situation I'll start off with my physique
5'10
Roughly 190-200 lbs.
I smoked yesterday which at the time of this post was june 7th and the week before and it consisted only of a few bowls.
I've got 8 days till my next UA.

I've read the stickies forwards and backwards so there's no need to point me to them. I just want some re-assurance and some advice specified in my direction. I got off lucky with a pre-trial diversion and I'm not looking to fuck it up. Though I know it was stupid of me to smoke in the first place. I'm just shitting bricks.

Any and all help comes with my deepest gratitude.

i dunno much about dilution so good luck with the first piss test...use the sticky or search engine. quit while you're on probation. it fucking sucks, but it's worth it. if you come up dirty you'll have to drop more, pay more, and be on probation longer.

A lot of people will say different things and it wont hurt to try all of em (i.e. cranberry juice, vinegar, or whatever people say nowadays). IMO i think drinking a shit load of water a day will be best, preferably very cold water up to 12-14 glasses of water a day. Make sure your piss is white throughout the day and make sure you dont drink right after eachother. Space them out and take sips throughout the day. Dont overdo it. Another thing is walk around and exercise as much as you can, try to sweat a lot. Also as dirty as this sounds it can be ur lifesaver, diarrhea. It really helps, you can buy diet tea made to cause diarrhea. It really helps getting fat outta your body. These are my thoughts and advice many people can/will disagree with this but like i said earlier, it wont kill you to try everything out. Goodluck!!

I figure on drinking lots of water, doing the whole high fiber intake, and sitting in my garage in the middle of the day in South Texas with the door shut as to sweat out what I can.(It's the closest thing to a suana)

Drinking water is only good on the day of the U/A. Drinking a bunch of water days before the U/A is of no help. It may cause frequent urination, but it has no effect on the rate in which the kidneys filter the THCA from the bloodstream.

Sweating is hardly of any help because very little THCA is excreted via sweat. You can sweat enough to fill a 5 gallon bucket, the amount of THCA being excreted will still be miniscule. The rest is being excreted via the urine and bowels.

Well I've got my test coming up tomorrow.
I'd appreciate any last minute advice.

It wont hurt to keep drinking A LOT of water today and wen u wake up drink about 4 glasses and make sure to pee about a good 3 times from wen u wake up to taking the test. People can argue with me for days and days about this but its better than not doing anything. Goodluck man! tell us how it goes.

How is it "better than not doing anything"? Youre still not accomplishing anything by drinking a bunch of water the day before the U/A. Diluting is only a temporary act. Once all the fluids ingested had been voided out, a "dirty" donor will resume testing positive for THC.

As I stated earlier, drinking water has no effect on the rate in which the THCA-laden bloodstream is being filtered by the kidneys.

There is really nothing to argue so you won't get one here.

Drinking lots of water serves to dilute your bladder the day OF the test. There is no point drinking more than you usually would the days leading up to the test. In other words, it's the same as doing nothing at all so why bother.

If you could just drink a bunch of water and piss all the THC out of your system there would be no market for bullshit detox potions/pills/powers or this forum for that matter. It is here, however, to give factual information and to dispel myths/urban legends that surround passing drug tests.

I wanna thank all of you for the advice. I've got about 11 hours till my UA and I'm shitting bricks. I feel like I'm fixing to be crucified.

Well guys I just took a First Check home test.
Came up negative. This really helps eliminate some jitters.
