hey i got a percacet from my buddy and ive done them before but i actually needed it, dont really remember the high, in too much pain at the moment and i was wondering what its like and if i should smoke before/after/during.

its just a oxycodeon opide thats 5mg oxy and 325 mg acetrimorphan and its a very nice high but be safe with it I sure wasnt haha
