Alrightie ppl i've been smoking for 2 years and i've just recentlly gotten smoker's cough and it sucks. I dont like wake up early in the morning choking up, I dont like being in school and have to spit out a loogy, and I definitly dont like making out with my bf and keep thinking about how I need to cough. Its pissing me off and I wanna know how to get rid of it! If yalls got any information plz post. Thanks :) :confused:
Umm... the only thing that will really get rid of it is to take it easy for a few... Maybe smoke a little less? If you have a lung infection and are sick, maybe some antibiotics.
i had that for a few weeks along with an illness...i couldnt even smoke because my lungs were so torn up...but i keped smoking anyways...eventually it went away
smoke with a water bong for a while and drink lotsa fresh lemon juice n waters..
Drink green tea. Very good for you.
If it persists you maybe should consult a doctor.

Thanks guys, i'll try green tea and putting lemon in my watar. Also put a few peices of ice in my peice.
Or you could just stop smoking if it's affecting you adversely...Seriously, I don't know why this should even be a question for you. Im all for smoking occassionally, but when it starts making you sick, what's the point?

Think about investing in a vapouriser. Much easier on the lungs as there's no smoke, just sweet, sweet vapour.
You can always try vaporization. (I'm assuming you're talking about smoking MJ).
do you smoke cigarettes too or just weed?
Stop smoking (Cutting back may not be good enough) for a couple of weeks and drink green tea. If it persists, go to the doctor and take an over the counter decongestant and/or cough supressant. Make sure you're honest with the doctor and tell him/her that you smoke.
i smoke cigarettes(a pack a day) and i smoke weed everyday. my cough has gotten so bad recently...i have no choice but to quit for a few days. guess alcohol is gonna have to hold me over until then....sigh.
yeah I smoke both cigs and weed...but my cough has gotten better and nothing coming up anymore.
please quit smoking cigaretts they r killing you

sometimes i cough up what looks like yellow jello!its a cool feeling.
