This is my first Northern Lights grow ive heard that northern is one the most durable plants and hardest to kill not impossible but ive always enjoyed smoking on it so i figured id give it a go its 75 degrees in my grow station a bowl of water to help keep humid a little 4 26 watter Cfls standered 18/6 lighting these are at 6 days old and i had to throw a picture of the brat that ate my last plants =( RIP lol i love her tho xD

aww poor guard dog! Lol. I wuda been mad if my dogs ate my plant lol. Our grow area is a no-dog zone....and to make sure our dogs can't get into the grow area, we added an extra lock lol. So unless the clever tings mange to sneak the key out our pockets and actually unlock the door, our plants should hopefully be safe! This is our first grow so every day we learn something new.....now I know dogs like cannabis plants lol.

lol thanks yeah she got in it one day when i was letting it air out cause i dont have a door where my rooms at but its hiden shes a smart little devil think i shouldnt have gotten her as high when she was younger
So far so good,... Your gonna want to increase the lighting as they grow,...( bigger plants need more light, and so on.)
ohh and keep the F**kin dog OUT of your grow booth! ;)
yeah i plan on keeping the best one in the house then the otherone outside when it gets warmer here cause its still in the high 50s here i got a t4 floro too but i gota get a new tube for it
How do you like the smoke of the Northern Lights? I haven't tried many different types of MJ, so I'm just curious about your opinion.

new day new growth started adding miricil grow plant nutrietion seems to like it 1/2 a teaspoon to a gallon i think i got 2 diffrent stains of northern lights cause the other one looks completely diffrent or the genes were jut fucked up

I haven't done seeds since I was a kid (bag seed) But the 2 different grows might be a sex thing, or just one has stronger genetics than the other, (if not from the same mother)

i got them from a MMJ buddy that one his plants went hermie and he had a couple spare so he gave me what he could to help
well heres sum more pictures ... but on one of my leaves i had a little orangeish yellow dot only on one to idk what its from would apreciate sum help tho :) my one girl is gettin big but the otherone seems like theres sumthing wrong with it i felt the leaves today on the smalls one and they felt dry but the bigger one didnt does that mean its time to start misting them?
well no one has responded to my post so ive taken matters into my own hand im not sure if it was from nuetrients soo i just ran 2 cups of plain water threw it all the way hope she gets better

not yet im still waiting for my tester and humidifyer in the mail right now but i think it was nuet burn cause the leave tips were browning also and sence i flushed water threw em and quit giving em nuets there getting greener already

well i went to top my plants and i found a giant fucking beatle ive never seen before eatting on one my leaves i was pissed i fucked that beatle up but anyone know what it is? also i just topped my big plant other than the hole in the leave from the damn beatle how do they look for about 2 weeks old?
Ook great man! Well the one ;) but the little one should catch up dot worry. I was gonna say, I haven't heard too many people condone nutes in the first 3 weeks so yeah that's why they got burned. What strength are you giving them?

i am using Miricil grow plant food 15-30-15 2/8ths a teaspoon per gallon i figured id use the full dose cause my last plants shot up from half it so i wanted to see what full would do and now i see =( lol but i flushed her and things are starting to get healthy seems like theres just new growth everywhere i topped the big one last night so the top has slowed on growth but on the inter nodes theres just brand new little leaves eveywhere im happy i hope it takes well to the topping though.

well i just got back from camping before i left i placed the small plant outside iit seems to be doing better but bugs are gettin 2 it and for the bigger one i transplanted it to a bigger thing (a trick-or-treat bucket lol) and when i came back the stem got thicker by atleast 2 a lot more leaf growth on lower nodes and sence i toped it i got 4 leafs growing out that now also the fan leafs have almost tripled in size new pics asap
so this is what it looks like sence last time ... how much longer should i veg before flowering... also does it look like my topping worked? its pic 6 the top of the new growth
You asked if it is time to mist them, should you mist plants if they are under hps or mh, I heard it will burn the leaves, I want to since I think it would be more of a greenhouse effect but I dont want them burnt

well i got pictures of the one outside now also its gettin bigger but the cottom leaves r yellowing never did a outdoor grow so if anyone could help id aprciate it also the topping on the bigger plant is finally taking
well ive been giving it half nuets every other watering and tryin to beef up them branchs... if sumone could chime in and tell me how much long i should veg b4 flowering id apricate it

it all really depends on how tall you want them to grow... looks to me like your not wanting them to get too tall maybe you can check out some LST, fim or scrog techniques... i found out pretty quickly on my recent grow that my plants have grown quite a bit since i started the 12/12 cycle 3 days ago. theybe been shooting up approx 2 inches a night with the lights off... remember though the smaller and less mature the less your yield will probably be.Quote:

yeah i actually just switched them over to 12/12 cause my girl nocked the timer out of the wall and they ended up gettin 14 hours of darkness...yikes i figured instead of sending em into stress if just flower em there this is only my 2nd atempt first one the dogs ate so im just curious atm tryin to learn sum new things before i go big keep checking in ill keep it updatedQuote:
