cops hold gun to my 13 yr olds head

my name is christine, i am the mother of 2 young children,we recently started an xchange for patients, obviously the law makers still do not like the idea? we did everything we could to protect ourselves and our patients, never did i think they would send in a ci with fake paperwork to try and get there "point?" out, after raiding northend club 420 and stealing our patients meds they came to my home"in mass: they ripped me naked from my bed, all they wanted ti know was"where is the money" there is none" i tell them,, little did i know my son had missed the bus and was in the guest house waiting for a ride from dad?2 hrs later when they took his cuffs off and let him come into to see me he ran in crying telling me"mom they put a gun in my face, look at my wrists from the hand cuffs? all i could do was tell him its gonna be ok, after they"distroyed"" my home the only money they got was 80$ my 9yr old got for her report card out of her room in her mickey mouse wallet,I have recieved calls from media outlets us wide, but for now Im trying to be very careful with my words? When the truth comes to light I promice that everyone will think the same thing"how are these guys officers? I so wish I could tell all but If you follow the seattle weekly you will see it all unfold befor your very eyes, We have a reporter who Is finally willing to take a stand for the mmj community and I ask that you all go to seattle weekly.com, read the tacoma mmj bust by nina shapiro and PLEASE RESPOND!!! the more positive responces to it the more her editor will let her write in favor of us.. please pray for my family as we really need it,, sincerley Christine

A jack booted thug is a jack booted thug, regardless of whether they are wearing a badge or not!

Sadly, the police profession draws a disproportionate number of bullies looking for a way to physically impose their will on others without being locked up themselves.

Some also use their position to carry on criminal activity on the side, but the larger issue is that the miscreantes carrying a badge are frequently not bright and many are beyond moral redemption.

A police force is a military operation and the soldiers are carrying out the directives and attitudes of their superiors. The fish rots from the head down, so if you want to get the low life miscreantes off of the police force and stop egregiously blantly violations to our civil rights, replace their supervision and management.

Some of the cops now days really need an attitude adjustment and some better go in for psychological counseling or be removed from the police force and never be allowed to be a cop again. They even mistakenly shot a 7 year old recently. Motherfuckers. :mad:

Steroid abuse is rampant in law enforcement. I'm sure thats been playing a part in all the violence and we should not allow returning soldiers to enter law enforcement till they've had some serious phsycological evaluations.

I commented this morning on your other thread, too, but I hope everything has settled down now. good luck in bringing justice to all of these individuals.

I would say find a good lawyer, and talk to a city official, hell send a letter to the mayor/town select. Ya get ALL the press that you can on your side. for them to take the money right out of the kid's wallet is wrong.

Since this appears to already be in the media I would suggest a lawyer that knows how to fight back with the media. Prosecutors are beholden to DA's and they are elected officials. Cases of this magnitude, which this one appears to be, need to be fought in the court of public opinion. The task force was prepared for a 1980's style raid looking for gangsters when the reality of the marijuana industry today is something akin to ma and pa kettle looking to grow potatoes in their back yard. Give me a break!

Be glad they took that money out of your child's mickey mouse wallet. That is going to help when you go to trial, assuming you actually go to trial.

Get a goood lawyer and use the hell outa that media.

You have to use the media to your advantage...the more press it gets, the less chance of your rights being violated..The police do not care about your rights. I know many cops, and they are good people and great friends, but there are always bad apples. If it is in the media and it is public, they will be more aware of your rights and they will tread more carefully. If it is not public, well they will run all over you. Its funny how it is illegal here. If the mass majority actually knew why it is illegal and the false statements that made it so in the 30's, it wouldnt be illegal now.
We live in america. In a free country there has to be a reason to make something illegal, not a reason to make it legal.

im really sorry you and your family had to go throught that.
i went through a similar situation when i was younger, a cop pulled me and my friends over and made us get out at gunpoint, stripped us naked in the middle of the road (to make sure we didnt have paraphanella in any crevices) it was so embarrassing and it mad me hate cops forever. its a fucked up world we live in.

Thats just messed up. bottom line... Karma is keeping score...

fuckin pigs....im sorry to hear that. dirtry ass pigs they will never fuckin change. i really have no advice other then contact an attorney, maybe someone on here can direct you to someone who knows the mmj laws for medical use around your area and is in the legal field. takecare :(
