I'm not sure how authentic this list is, I can't verify it personally, it comes from a fellow who goes by the name of Wayward Bill Chengelis.

As far as legal issues I dont think there is much law enforcement can do in either case, in Colorado it is only a petty offense to give anyone under an ounce marijuana (max $100 fine).
