43 day old plant, are these early female preflowers? I really hope so but im not sure because I usually never let my plants get old enough in veg to show sex.
Also what are these white spots on my stem? they are only near the bottom but don't seem to be doing any harm yet.
Pic 3 would concern me. on right side MAY be a male pre flower. The white spots MAY be White Powder Mold. Light it up and send another Pic.

yes it is normal to have new growth where the stem and leaf meet it is just secondary branching, this is where people take clones from most of the time. Your plants would love some more light as they look a little stretched for a pure indica, what kind of light are you using? it might not be sufficient, but they look pretty healthy.Quote:
