CMMR,Matt Brown, Josh Stanley Collect Over 1.4 Million

CMMR, Matt Brown, Josh Stanley Collect Over 1.4 Million from their supporters, many of them dispensary owners that paid $1000.00 per month for these clowns lobbying efforts. And the results almost all of them got sold down the river. The rumor is that Stanley has left CMMR because of possible misappropriations of funds donated. Look at what 2 clowns and a small amount of dispensaries that donated to them where able to amass in funds and political clout. And the result is the possible destruction of the industry as we know it.
Now just think what we can accomplish if we can just get together to crush this in the courts. If we just get together to vote out local and State Legislators that do not vote in the peoples interest or listen to their concerns. Just think what we could do if we could get our message out their to the public (that has no time to be following forums or spending a workday at the Capitol) and educate them on all the many advantages to our society utilizing MMJ & Industrial Hemp. And try to counter the 70 years of negative propaganda against Cannabis.

Where did that figure come from? That's a ton of money.

I wonder how much Matt is paying himself?

I think if I was a dispensary owner and donated to this I would guarantee you I would be reluctant to donate any more money to another organization. Not being negative here but we have to figure out a way to entice dispensaries to want to donate again.

That number just seems outrageous to me. That's 1,400 dispensaries at that $1000 donation... or every dispensary in Denver giving multiple times.

Matt said in his CMMR video chat Monday that he hasn't taken a paycheck since January and they have outstanding bills. Seems like $1.4 mil would cover those things.

I don't know doesn't seem too far fetched. Didn't they say that there were some giving monthly? Say they were doing this over a period of 6 months. Then it requires only 234 dispensaries. Also, don't they have an income from any other sources? I'm sure patient donations are piddly and account for very little, but they must have another source of funding beyond just dispensaries...

Also, whose to say Matt Brown isn't lying through his teeth about when he received a paycheck.:D

I don't have a reason to believe he is lying through his teeth, so I'm presuming his innocence. I don't think a majority of dispensaries are cutting them monthly checks of $1000K. If they were, I suspect there would be more than the roughly 30 listed on their members page: CMMR | Members

$140,000k I find more believable. I mean, they've only raised $1400 through paypal donations, which is on their front page. Still waiting to see the source on that 1.4 mil.

Look at CMMR's website, and dispensaries were not the only ones donating, remember this was under the guise of sensible regulation.

I was told this from Laura Director of CTI I will get her in touch with you or you can contact here, she had other interesting news that should be breaking in the weeks to come.
I don't need to lie my man. Also there are big grow co-ops and others that have been giving to this effort to draft these laws. And I know that for fact because I was part of one of those groups back in early 2009, we had hired a team of lawyers and also had lobbyist working the angle back then. To be in the organization each of had to kick in $40,000.00, I backed out when I found our goals were very different. These are the big money folks I sometimes mention.:thumbsup:

Like I said folks, people WANT something happen, it's just they aren't sure how and the snakes sell their oil to their face and stab them in the back.

HONOR & Integrity are a MUST if I am going to be involved. This is why we must have some sort of decided and responsible leadership, to GUARANTEE that we never come to this.

Also, educating them on the uses of industrial hemp could help ease the intake of our Earths natural resources that are being sucked dry. The only thing is the money and subsidies for these crops that are taking over, like corn. F&!$ing corn. I mean hemp could eliminate the chances of another oil spill happening like what is going on off the Gulf Coast. There are many advantages of this green plant that I believe society as a whole could really benefit from. The main objective is EDUCATION. So guys, lets start educating!! :jointsmile::jointsmile::thumbsup:

Keep posted we have formed a group which that is one of our main purposes. To re-educate the public on the benefits of MMJ & Industrial Hemp, the economic benefits to local communities and the State, and just who is a Medical Marijuana Patient. We will solicit funding for a effective add campaign in both video and audio to combat the false information and negative portrayals of the MMJ community and it's many benefits to society.:thumbsup:

AWESOME! I will definitely keep posted. What is the groups name? Is there a way where other patients like myself could help join the campaign? I would love to stand next to those who campaign for the environment and start campaigning the legal and logical use of marijuana!!:):hippy:
