old school bagseed Indoor/Outdoor
Well after reading many grow logs, techniques and tips I think im finally ready to do some cultivating myself.:D I acquired some seeds from a crazy neighbor(short lived) who claimed that they are a true indica strain that he has been growing and crossbreading to produce the best offspring since the 70's... Anyway we germinated and sprouted 9 seeds on March 21st. The seedlings were under a 400 watt mh light until they were about 2 weeks old. Then all 9 went under a 100 watt(6500k) cfl(where 4 currently stay awaiting to be flowered).
So as of today May 4, 2010
5 plants are outside
4 plants are indoor under 100w(6500k) cfl along with 23w(6500K)
Nutrients I am using is the Dutchmaster 2 part
Feeding schedule : Feed-water-water-feed
I just today started feeding the indoor plants flower nutrients to prep them a little bit for the light switch soon to happen next week. Also all plants were transplanted into 8" diameter pots with soilless soil.
Pics below are when they first came to the 100w cfl April 6th

Transplanted the outdoor girl shown above to a big 12"(diameter) pot today. The roots were bound in the small container it was currently in. things should be lookin good in a couple weeks

looks good man if i you are planning on growing any indoors with tha 100 watt cfl and that one 25 what cfl id invest in a few more 26 watt cfls they would be happier

WOW WOW WOW WOW you are growing a POLYPLOID MY FRIEND! the sprouts with 3 leaves are very special as they have th potential for 1/3 more bud... there will be 3 bud sites on every node (triploid) as opposed to the normal 2 (diploid)! more pics of this lil guy please!

im gonna go check the babies and get you some more pics of that soon. i never noticed that for some reason... hmm. but the plants do look very very thick and bushy. from the looks of things they will produce a nice yield. this is my first grow so info is much much appreciated.

you see this happens when the nucleus of the cells for some reason retains an extra set of chromosomes and sometimes these revert back to diploid after a while. however if it seems to be a stable triploid and you get a male like that too id breed for some seeds.. or maybe try to clone it.. some say that the old school "gold strains" like columbian gold were bred for polyploidy.. you should do some reasearch about this for yourself its not like the magic way or anything but it is VERY COOL! i wish i had one of those i got some more seeds to plant and every time i am hoping to get lucky like that.. the stalk will be really fat and look cool with 3 buds on it with a good handfull of inbred poly seeds your bound to get a couple with even 4 sites per node:thumbsup:

even more males, killed two of them that were inside. so now were left with just the bonzai bush to flower inside which is totally fine as that was the best one anyway. my outdoor seems to keep reaching for the light and is a lot taller than the indoor were. anyhow heres some pics

pics are as of today. First is the outdoor, i think i had some nute defficiency going on there, the leafs started getting brown spots from the bottom of the plant working its way to the top leaves. I quickly gave it some nutes and it seemed to have stopped it. something keeps munching on the leaves also, i need to get some slug killer :D
The indoor plant is under 6 23w(2700k) cfl's and 1 18w(6500k)
if anyone takes a peek at this how much you think i will get off of that guy? In the beginning i was only thinking a half ounce or so but now i think maybe a full ounce..

I would estimate your future harvest to be........ How the hell will anyone know this early in the cycle? With CFLs it won't be anything to write home about though.
As for your outdoor stuff..... Why are they still in pots?
