Hi Medical420Mama,

There will be a nominal annual salary paid to board members. Furthermore, board members are company "insiders", will know production schedules, and would be our "preferred clients."

I have joined boards to try and help the NM MCP advance to help everyone get more medicine. We need more producers and the producers need patient board members.
So the answer is joining a board helps everyone!

I tried to get on a board,but am having trouble with Paypal and the background check funds that were sent.Any suggestions?

The background check should be paid by the Non Profit applicant not the prospective Patient board member. It's $12.

Cool - The people that wanted me on their board are paying for the background check. Why are you paying for it????

I'd reconsider joining their board if you have to pay for it. That's just not right. Already sounds like they're in it just for the moneys to me. I hope I'm wrong, but who knows.

It was.I can't get it to transfer from PayPal to my checking account.

i would be interested, had a security clearence once so a background check is easy, have plenty of growing experience..
