Hi Sam,

Ever since I read your post I am hanging on the edge of my chair. I hope you got to read my response but seeing that there is no PM system on this site I am hoping you see the title.

I hope all is well with you buddy. I KNOW you are going through a tough time right now and want to offer you a friend to "vent" to if you need it.

Sorry folks. I didn't want to go into too much detail about my personal life but...

I have very little spare time. My mother is terminal and only has a couple of months left. I moved home to help take care of her. She requires 24 hour care. My dad is in the early stages of alzheimer's and needs to be watched during the day. My hands are full. Plus I have been unemployed since Oct. and I'm recovering from a life threatening illness that put me two weeks into the hospital. AND my car broke down on Wednesday and I finally had the money and time to fix it today. NOW.... I'm fixing the Easter meal for my folks and I'm making a lot of stuff. So, my life is a little busy right now.

I apologize for the delay in response. I haven't checked the site in a while. :p

They didn't give me a reason. Only that I needed to put down more pertinent information about my house and land. I explained that I lived on 2 2/3 acreage and that there is only single access to the property and that my family are the only people living on the property. I added that we had standard locks on the doors and windows. I live out in the sticks. I don't know what more they expected or wanted from me.

Wow Sam I am really,truly sorry to hear about your Mom. Obviously I am also sorry to hear about your Dad too. That is a real crappy hand you've been dealt,I don't know if I could handle that right now to be honest.

You have support here Bud but I can understand why you held back.Now that we know what you're going through don't be shy about venting. Damn it! I'm really sorry to hear this.

You are Mormon and to be honest I really don't know what your specific beliefs are but God be with you in these trying times and also with your parents. I believe we all are pretty much praying to God no matter the form or name and I will keep praying for you and everyone. Peace be with you and your folks.

NO NEED TO APOLOGIZE!!! I am just glad that you are OK! Family is very important and you need to take care of your folks! Seems as though life is tossing a few "lemons" your way....but I know you will be able to make lemonade out of them in short order!

You are in my thoughts and prayers buddy. I told my wife that I was worried about you yesterday and she asked today if I had heard about you on the forum. I am GLAD that you are ok!

Easter is here (5 minutes ago)....I hope that your meal turns out tasty and that your family enjoys it.

Hang in there buddy....remember that there are people that care about you that are not in your immediate family!

When you mentioned that they needed some more information on the land, you may need to put the "legal description" of the property. I think that is how they determine where you "are". You may also want to send an email their way with your ID number and see if they can answer any of the questions so you can resubmit your application. These are just guesses as I have not sent mine in yet.

Thanks for that. I appreciate it. I'm doing o.k. Mom and I talk a lot and she is ready. The pain has been so terrible for her and I know she is tired of dealing with it. I have my faith to get me through this. I'm at the age in life where you start experiencing serious losses. It's part of the human experience.

Sam you are a bigger man than I am. I really dread the day that I will have to deal with this. When my Grandma passed we knew exactly when it would be as she was terminal also. We were really blessed to have her nurse be a ole family friend. My grandma knew when it was time to go because she too was so tired of fighting. On the night of 25 May '96 she got a compassionate dose of morphine. I wish the spirit of the Lord Jesus on you all during these so trying times.

I have a picture of Jesus that was given to me by two young men going door to door.In my past I have to admit I wouldn't have given them the time of day but this time I did. After I wrote that to you I was curious as to what faith they in fact where and on the back of the picture was www.Mormon.org.Wow I thought as the picture depicted Jesus rising from his tomb.

It was the drive belt. We had a heck of time figuring out how to get it back on. Luckily we have several mechanics in the family and between them they got it fixed. Thank you for the support though.

Jeepers Sam! You really have a full plate. All I can offer are my prayers. I think prayers work. We don't always get what we ask, but we always get what we need, even if we think we don't need it.

also put you have camera's and computers for security i had to do the same thing they gave me my app to put more info and stating indoor grow helps if doing indoor grow.

No problem Sam. Glad to hear you have some family to help out with that.Life in a rural area is impossible w/o wheels!

edit: Hope you had a Happy Easter Sandia. I had to go fix a flat tire but it wasn't bad at all. Ended up:stoned:, I actually smiled for the first time in such a long time.:)

I'll try to find it. It may take a while. I must have been through 1000 web pages doing research on all this. The worst part is my memory sucks. :icon506:
