I was at a little party gala event garage battle of the bands thing tonight, and of course we were taking some bong rips. I packed a nice big bowl for my friend Adam, and he starting hauling. He clears the bowl and keeps sucking for a bit, and all of a sudden the screen gets sucked right through the stem! I've never seen that happen before. That's like sucking a golf ball through a garden hose. Trippy.

lmao the above poster beat me to it. you're friend seems to be skilled in the art of sucking. All jokes aside, no I have never had that happen to me; sounds like it was take a rediculous amount of force to pull in through such a small place.

Screens are for people who are too lazy to clean their bong after every couple hits. Or for people with hidden sucking abilities that like to trip their friends out at parties.
hey I'm not trying to hijack your thread but would you mind telling me if you have to clean a bowl? I've never cleaned mine and I have absolutely no idea how to clean the inside of it since idk how to clean through the hole you smoke out of and the hole that takes in the smoke from the bud lol.

It's easy man, just don't let the res build up. The bowl itself is easiest to keep clean, just wipe it out after every use. The stem will need some 420Solution or any other kind of cleaner you can buy at your local headshop.
Or if you are poor like me, a combination of boiling water, rubbing alcohol, sea salt, baking soda and lots of elbow grease will clean anything!

It's way easier to clean your pieces after every couple of uses instead of letting the resin and shit cake in there. You can boil the piece if it's thick enough, or you can go to your closest head shop and get some cleaner.. You can use salt, and rubbing alcohol and shake your piece up and it should clean it in no time. hahahha it's simple dude, it really is. I mean it's just like cleaning anything. Think of what cleans what best, obviously you are going to need something abrasive to help clean the resin but no, the resin wont hurt you, it's just burnt weed man, that's all. I just prefer it cus it gives me a headache and it taste super nasty.
