The Norfolk Flea Market, any day of the week, in the shops behind the tables. The better store is on the opposite-side of the tables from the parking lot. The Flea Market is a couple of lights past Norview Ave. If you're approaching the airport, when you get to the intersection of Virginia Beach Blvd. and Norview, you'll go right.

Look into Aardvark Glass in the Ghent area of Norfolk. They have LOTS of glass there as well as some other cool stuff.
