as a native Californian I support Prop 420 :stoned: because it will eliminate the medical records Californians must have now in order to be legal and, if successful, will likely be a model for other states to follow :cool: (my guess, Washington , Oregon, Colorado, you know ... the really cool states. :jointsmile:

How come they do not let our farmers grow hemp? We keep talking about going green yet we import or hemp products and pay a higher price for it when we do use it.

but the Official Title of the Initiative was the "Tax and Regulate Cannabis Act of 2010". I'm no expert but the major difference between this peoples' Prop vs. the Cali congress version is that the tax is optional and local whereas the legislatures version the tax would be mandatory and state wide.Quote:
