If some guy knocked on you door and said "I'm with the government and i will offer you 10,000 to never smoke pot again,we will keep a detector in your house and if it detects pot we will shot you in the face and you have to take a drug test once a week" would you do it. I don't think i would i have most of my freedom's takin away anyways.

$10,000? I don't know how old you are, but eventually you'll realize that ten grand isn't gona get you very far in life. If you live on your own, it's far from even 1 year's living expenses.
