Test on Monday

I'm 50 days clean (145lbs, 5'7", 49 years old and daily smoker) and have a test on Monday. Attached are photos of my first void (no dilution) and although it is tough to see in the photos (difficult to get good photos) there are distinctive faint lines which I would judge to be negative results. I have been practicing the correct dilution method for the last month or so and have always gotten these same faint lines but negative none the less (I wonder if it's just the test strips I have since I ordered them in the same batch). My question is should I still do a partial dilution for safety or just go natural since my first void is showing negative? If so what would be a partial dulution? I have also been using validity test strips and creatine supps. so I know how to keep my creatinine levels up and specific gravity in check with poweraid drink.

I would say that is a negative.. even the faintest of line is supposed to indicate a negative result.

After 50 days I'd say you're probably safe without a dilution

I would still do some dillution the morning of the UA. Its just added insurance and your thc levels can vary from day to day.

I did a bit of dilution today (20 ounces twice every 90 minutes before testing) and as you can see a got a good line (the best I've gotten in my month or so of testing). The specfic gravity was good and the creatinine could have been better but saying that it was still in the normal range. I did not do any vit. B2 so the color was a bit clear pale but like they say color does not really matter. I will do one more practice tomorrow with abit of vit. B2 and then decide if to do any on test day. Thanks for the input.

It sounds like you have this down pretty good. Just in the way of suggestion, I would advise taking your 20 oz. every 90 minutes by drinking about 3 oz every 15 minutes for consistency, but it really doesn't matter that much (by the way, I found that 3 oz of fluid is one good size mouthful, so it helps when trying to measure without a measuring cup or something). Honestly, 20 oz. seems just a bit much water. Nevertheless, if your creatinine clearance was in range then you should be OK. I would also highly suggest using gatorade instead of water as my experimenting and practicing showed that this helped increase my specific gravity quite a bit. I also added only 1/4 tsp of salt to each 32oz bottle of gatorade--adding more salt that this actually does NOT help and will make your eyes bloodshot red (raises bloodpressure) and making you look really stoned, LOL.

As for the color, having literally tested this nearly 100 times, I know that you shouldn't need more than 14 mg of B2--if you take much more than this then your urine will look like a neon highlighter (a red flag to some testers). Also, if you really want it to look great with color, add in between 750mg--1000mg of vitamin C, which will help make the color look a bit more natural.

I did my final practice round this morning to mirrior the time period of when my test is on Monday (test at 9:30am so I got up at 6:00am). I have been using Poweraid sports drink for all my dilution testing so water has never been an issue. I have only 100mg B2 Vitamin tablets and took less than 1/8 of a tablet which would be in that 14mg range you recommended. I'm really happy with the color as it is I think it's a nice pee yellow with no obvious fluorescent to it. My creatinine level was over 20 and maybe even 100 as per the validity strips. The specfic gravity was also in the 1.005 to 1.015 range which was excellent. Of course I got a real nice THC pink test line so I feel I should be golden tommorow. Thanks for your input. My only concern now is holding my piss until I drop for real but I practiced that too. Hope I'm not doing the pee dance when I get there, lol. I did just sip the 20 ounces every 90 minutes but I will go to that 3oz every 15 minutes as you recommend and that should help. I also voided 4 times prior to my final test.

Just don't go over 40 ounces in a 3 hour period and you should be fine.

I won't and as I said my practice run went excellent today.

Great tip on the vitamin C nomore420. I changed my test to tomorrow and did another practice run and added 1000mg of vitamin C and as you can see in the photo it just takes some of the shine off and makes it look very natural (B2 on the left and B2 and vitamin C on the right) My creatinine was 100 and specfic gravity 1.015. Things should be golden tomorrow. Thanks again.
