Test tomorrow, might fail
Hey guys, I'm kinda freakin out right now. Drug test tomorrow from 1-3 pm, and I'm not sure if I'll pass. Heres some background, I need some suggestions/advice/thoughts. I'm 6' 1", 165ish lbs, high metabolism and low bodyfat. I was a moderate user last year (3-5 days a week), but this year, I have only smoked twice: Jan 3rd, and Feb 12th.
Will the Feb 12th screw me over the the test? It was two full bong packs, shared between 2 people. I don't have much to help me pass this test; I have this Ensure drink, mainly because of the carbs in it, hoping that forcing my body to burn that readily available energy, it'll stay away from my fat cells. Any idea if this'll work? Any other suggestions?

Well, heres my plan. I read the dilution thread, and I'm going to follow that, as well as drinking this Ensure stuff. I drank 2 of them yesterday and 3 today because I thought they would have tested me today (this interview came completely unexpectedly). I've picked up another 6 pack of it, and I drank another one tonight. I'll probably have 1 or 2 more tonight in the hopes that when I'm asleep, it will burn this readily available energy opposed to fat cells.
The test tomorrow is between 1-3, so I'll have plenty of time to start the dilution. I'll definitely post results when I get them. Hopefully I'm lucky.

please post your results; doing so serves as a valuable frame of reference for other people with similar variables as you. so many people on this forum (and others like it) ask for advice, etc. and say they will post their results, only to disappear never to be heard from again.

Don't worry, I'll definitely post back; I consider it giving back to the community. They said 1-3 days for results, and if I came back as clean, I'll give a more detailed post of what I did. And if its a fail, I'll still post here regardless.

dun worry bro iv been on probation for almost 3 years now and have never tested dirty and im a straight stoner. k, first off, the best 100 percent way is go to ur local smoke shop and buy quick fix or some other brand that u drink and will make u piss clean for 5 hours. BE SURE TO FOLLOW TH DIRECTIONS. But for these drinks u have to not smoke for up to 48 hours... shitty... second, buy synthetic pis and follow directions. but sometimes this will get you caught cause some lack bubbles wich makes it look unrealistic , especially if the person testing u is watching. Depending on where u live these might be hard to find. which brings me to the third option. Go to a health store or vitamin store and buy 500mg NIACIN diet supplimentary pills. and a gallon of green tea. take 1 niacin every 4-5 hors. if ur more then 220 pounds i recommend 2. and drink the whole gallon of tea oh and make sure its real green tea not that arizona suger crap. and ull forsure test clean. BUT I MUST WARN U!! taking the niacin ull feel like u have a bad sunburn all over and itch like a mother fucker! But its completely natural , its just the pills pushing the toxins out ur pours, and will only last abot 25-55 min depending on the person. good luck bro and hope this helps.

Quick Fix is not a magic drink potion. Its premixed synthetic urine used for substitution.
Detox drinks are a scam to seperate the desperate and credulous from their cash. They are an overpriced means of accomplishing the same thing that can be accomplished by following the guidelines outlined in the Dilution sticky thread.

Not true. A lack of bubbles or foam is not a concern to the labs because this condition can be exhibited in human samples as well. Red flags are raised when the sample exhibits excessive amounts of foaming when the sample is shook (due to the use of some adulterants).
Most probation tests are closely observed, so subbing with synthetic or a clean persons sample is not a viable option anyway.

Niacin is a myth. It does nothing to rid the body of THC. THC is non-toxic, so its erroneous to label THC a "toxin".
Green tea does not rid the body of THC. Like the magic detox potions, Green tea just merely dilutes the THCA concentration thats present in the bladder. And as with all dilution techniques, the actions of the green tea and magic potion are only temporary. Once all of the fluids taken in had been urinated out, the dirty donor will resume testing postive for THC.
There is no product nothing, that can rid the body of THC except time and fat-burning exercise.

Well I got the call earlier today, and I passed. Starting Friday.
So for those who are similar to me, 6' 1" 165-170ish, heres what I did. Didn't smoke for 5 days before the test, and 36 hours, I started drinking that Ensure drink. I picked it up at CVS, vanilla Ensure Plus. They're packed with lots of vitamins and minerals, have a lot of calories and carbs. I went through 12 in a 36 hour period. 3 days before the test, I had about 3 of those drinks later at night, to start my body working on that. 2 days before, I had 3 more, so I have 6 left. 1 day before, i have another 4, as well as increasing my water intake. I had about 8 glasses of water, my regular meals, as well as all of that Ensure. Finally, the day of, I had the 2 other Ensures, 4 more glasses of water, as well as a multivitamin as 2 tums roughly between 2 hours and 1 1/2 hours before the test. Try to span the water and Ensures out enough.
My void looked like a healthy non-diluted void, so I was quite happy with that. I hope this works for other people and I'm sure that it will. If I ever get randomly selected for a drug test, I'll definitely do this.

The ensure and all the water you drank didn't help you at all leading up to the test and only served to dilute your sample the day of. You could have just as easily replaced the ensure with 2 extra glasses of water and passed.

Webdox is right. I honestly think that you didnt smoke enough for the thc to stay in your system for more then a cuple of days, and with all that water and ensure probly helped with you pissing alot. Glad to hear you passed bro.
