There is a possibility that i might get searched sometime this week at my school and i was just wondering if i can refuse to let them search me if they dont have a warrant. And If i do refuse can they just call my parents and get permission from them? A lot of my friends have been getting searched and they allowed it even though there were no warrants. Also if i refuse will they punish me in any way for not allowing the search?

No, you can't refuse. By attending school (at least in the USA) you give up certain rights, and that's one of them.
They can search you anytime you're at school, for any reason, probable cause or not.

principles try and search me here in ontario i just tell them hell no they don't do shit if ur a real cock about it they will just call up the police and they'll must likely strip search you. but most they'll do if u say no is say go home if ur older then 16 if ur younger then u need to get picked up by your parents cuz u'll be suspended for the day and a cop will be there the next day to search you(so bring all yours drugs;)) but fuck not much they can do u could prlly also run they could prlly only bust you for skippin class

here in England there's a new rule saying that teachers can do random searches and drug tests on the kids... i was kinda scared of the testing (i stopped actually carrying on me in school) but i guess all they can do is fone my parents and say FOR EXAMPLE:
"your daughter has taken drugs x, y and z in the last n days"

I was searched loads of times and I had mj on me. I put it in my sock but that was only the first time and last time cuz now they check your socks.
Once I thought they'd check me when I was called to the office and I hide it in the bathroom. Its kinda nasty the way i hide it so i wont say.
And then there was the time when this dumbass pass it to me right in front of a teacher and I poped that shit under my :p and got away with it. LOADS MORE!!! Oi, talk about hypervenalation!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for me I really have no chioce, its either get it at school or dont get any at all. But my step dad and I had a bet if I get cought I have to quit. :(

I don't know what kind of sick totalitarian schools you people go to but around here (USA) they at least need some sort of probable cause. If a teacher or administrator suspects you are in possession of drugs (they smell them or see you pass some to another student) or a person tells on you then they can search, im pretty sure they have to tell you their name though. They tell you to empty your pockets and take off your shoes and socks. They still can't search anybody randomly though, they can do random locker searches.

Is it really hard NOT to bring weed and stuff to school? I've NEVER brought anything like that to school. I'm not a prep (although my grades are very good), but respect the school's rules, or don't go. I can understand some things, such as the law that says if you're caught with any drugs, you can't get federal level scholarships or financial aid if you're a student. Just don't carry stuff on you, even if it means you can't smoke that day, or get weed that day, etc. Just don't do stupid shit. Anybody who's dumb enough to bring weed to school (as in on them, not leaving it in their car), deserves to be expelled if they get caught.

It's not worth the minimum a suspension, maximum expulsion + turning you over to the police. Don't you have a resource officer at your school? (aka School pig) Definitely not worth the trouble for having weed on you.
guess im lucky here in Scotland the teachers cant random serach u or give u a drug test without parents permission unless they think u have a weopon which they call the police and tell u to stay in some room till the police get there lol :D :D
