Northern Lights & Dream Queen
Hello all i got two sets of plants so you can watch them both here. First a little about the setup. both lights are 400 watt hps. flower chamber is a 3 by 3 grow tent, blower, filter, yada yada. right now im rocken the humboldt nutrients line + Super Thrive and just added Cal Mag Plus. This is only my second grow with the nutrients but seem to be doing pretty good now. now the grows. First is Northern Lights, i got these in clone put them in 3/4 gal pots and vegged for 12 days. Today they are 35 days flowering. If you look in the pics they are still in 3/4 gal pots :wtf: I did that cuz a friend swear up and down i couldnt finish them in that so im doing it. :D Got a deficiency hints me now using cal mag. i should have been with RO water but im still learning. ok ok heres the pics from about 4 days into flowering to present.

Nice setup and lovely ladies...
What did you notice in deficiency that got you to use cal mag? I have a few ladies in veg and a few in flower that i think are suffering from a deficiency. (never used it before)
Im up for this grow log and dont worry about the picture quality mine is worse, good luck and hope everything works out great.

i have been using RO water from a windmill water close to my house. i have been inside this one and got the check everything out that they got going on. they super strip the water. when i went in there the ppm was riding about 45-50. i thought that my nutes would make up for it but i was getting some yellowing in the plant and tips been curling. so i layed off the water, nope not that, temp and RH, nope all good maybe root bound but they keep growing i would think they would stop growing all together if it come to that then i came across this.http://boards.cannabis.com/hydroponi...lmag-plus.html makes alot of sence and cant hurt at all.

Hey nice lady you have doing a spreadsheet for you that's awesome teamwork! Is your goal to run more plants with less veg time and smaller pot size? I used 3 gallon pots for a year and now switched to 4.7g pots and the bud size and the bud sites have gotten big and juicy.

It really depends on the strain to me as far as veg time and pot size. the norther was only veg for 1.5 weeks and had gotten to 13"+ tall. now the dream queen was in bad shape when i got them, they where cut late and had alot of dead leaf and some flower, but after 34 days of veg they are looking great. one of them im going to keep as a mother the rest will start flowering in about a week. I cant grow the plants to tall 400hps and i cram them in there:D, but i think the green crack is going to do very well. only time will tell.

wow , your grow room looks sweet........lots of yummy buds......
curious as to what prevented you from going with a scrog??.......is it the penetrance of the HPS that guided your decision...
I'm really starting to like those grow tents.....

Thanks everyone for the props, as for the scrog. I really just dont want to deal with a screen. and i pack them in the tent. about half of the dream queens have been fimed and lsted so there should be lots of bud sites also just kicked them 12/12 last night. the tents are great to keep more then one grow going in one room. now on to the plant porn. enjoy guys
P.S. if you cant tell:D first two are Northern Light and the other three are Dream Queen:thumbsup:

well i have been very busy with work so i have been lazy wih the pics on the logs. well i did a upgrade to the flowering tent:D bumped it up from 400 to 600 watts. the goal is to have a flower chamber 4'-8' with dual 600 but for now its in the 3'-3' tent. im thinking 10,555 lumens per square foot should be good. heres some pics 3 weeks into flower.
