Because If I have to sell clones to the dispensories then I'm going to stop treating the roots and just keep that secret to myself.
you best bet is vendor maps.....or sell to disp.....but if you want a little advice, grow your cuts out if you havent already, so you can print off papers for each cut of how many days, yield, taste, potency, nute strength, or any other querks....also pics of the plant flowering & dry flowers.........then your cuts will sell....good luck

The reality is that if you do not have patients for the plants then you are running an illegal business and bringing bad attention to a situation where media and LEO are looking for any reason to give us bad publicity. You can't say that it is legal just because you have your Dr. recommendation and the other person does as well. Just like you cannot have 20 pounds at the same time and sell it all to patients unless you develop some sort of "relationship" and have caregiver status to justify it all. The reality is that a good portion of the dispensaries in CO are totally illegal and just hoping S*** doesn't hit the fan or just don't care and it frustrates a truly disabled person.

Actually patients with MMJ cards are allowed to sell to other patients with MMJ cards. You don't have to be signed up as their caregiver to sell to them. Some politician is trying to get a bill passed with that in it now.Quote:

And having more than your limit, the precident has been set on that. Some guy up in Bolder got caught with way over his limit on plants & meds, and he didn't have a Dr's recomendation. And the judge ruled in his favor. That's not saying that it's good to have over your limit, but it does bode well for Dr's recomendations.
When I harvest I'll be selling to the dispensories, and I'll try to find reputable ones to sell to. Like the one behind Canamed on Leetsdale. But right now I have to sell clones to stay afloat.
I don't have time to go out & meet people. My plants & clones are full time job, especially since I'm in uncharted territory with the root treatments. I just lost a bunch of leaves because I thought a nute deficiency was nute burns. There's a lot to research in this business.
Sorry to hear about your disability, I have Lower Extremity Adema myself. Not what I got my MMJ license for, but it sucks being disabled & not being able to work. So I'm sorry to hear about yours which I'm sure is probably worse than mine. What I have is the minimum of what's considered a disability I think.
Anyway, just wanted to shed some light on some things for you. Hopefully the politicians wont get their way with this new bill, but I would never do anything to bring more heat down on us than the right wing-nuts already are.

Actually I don't know anyone that knows of this micro organism treatment. Every "guru" that has tested this type of micro organism has had less than stellar reports. I just happened to stumble upon the right combination. Nothing more than luck really, I hadn't done the ammount of research neccessary to dial in the right combination. Sounds like you're also a knowledgeable grower, but this is what I'm going after. I want to do this in soil in 4 months total time. And for that, the roots will have to be monsters. As you can see in the pic, the guy that taught me this growing technique had problems getting all the nutes he needed to the top of his plant even though it was in hydro.
Oh, I got it. Actually the pics are from a site that sells to farmers, they're not using the combination of micro organisms that I am, I don't think anyway. And if you hire them to help, assuming they'd help with MJ grows, it will cost your a pretty penny I'm sure.Quote:

The reality is that what you want to do is against the law. What is different between you and a non med patient growing herb and selling it to dispensaries? Only the ability to grow 3/3 and have 2 oz. Unless you have a formal agreement with the dispensary and hold caregiver licenses then you are not allowed to grow more than 2 OZ. I know that is restrictive and not really possible, but that is reality. Then you come on here and wonder why this site will not let you skirt the laws.
You seem like a nice guy and not trying to do anything bad, but the reality is that business model is still illegal. There are a lot of business owners and growers that will try to manipulate the law to get out of trouble and they may be successful now and then, but they are still breaking the law, making the MMJ movement look bad, and just looking to line their pockets or make a living doing something they love. But again the reality is that the law was not meant for that. Of course most of us are hoping for full legalization, but just be aware of the reality of your situation!
And my opinion is that anyone who has secrets that could help sick people should share them freely, not play some game because the world will not let you break the law blatantly. I know it is a silly dance we have to do here to do the right thing, but I feel I owe it to the movement to play by the rules. Hell, maybe I am wrong and you can grow 3 trees and sell off extra legally, but it is riding the line. I was over on plant #'s for a while during my learning phase, but I have now taken on 4 patients to legitimize what I do and now giveaway 2 oz per month. Of course I could make a bunch of $ with that, but then I am not really legal am I? Our laws need a lot of revision and review, but the more people getting busted and using this law as the out when they are clearly over limits looks bad.
Am I in the minority here or do people generally agree? Again I am not trying to be the overlord here, but I am trying to legitimize a quasi-legal situation at best and share a different point of view.

your wrong about only being able to "grow no more than 2 oz" you can grow as much as the plants will bare.your only allowed to have 2 oz useable at a time.so if you have a plant that has 6 oz's on it then clip 2 oz's at a time.i think you read it wrong or something but thats not what the law says.Quote:
