HB 2401 - 2009-10
Why shot down? I for one would love it legal. Easier access.
It would be great allowing for a growing license for a nominal fee, but not state run sales. They denied and ran with the myths and lies about it for years and now want to cash in. What hypocrites. Its less harmful then legal tobacco and alcohol. No wonder the people are hating the government, it is such a lying, self-serving, spendthrift, wasteful body. An open market with a sales tax is all they need. Its time for the states and feds to get out of legislating morality and personal choice. Its unAmerican.
But let's not forget about the harm it does to kids, the government needs to manage everybody's life while running the government into the ground. :S2: And kids now days have no fucking discipline whatsoever, and are dumber then a box of rocks. Punish them and they run to the state and claim abuse from their parents. It makes me sick. Now I have to go and get my tomato growing and backyard garden license!!!!!! :D
Its always about the money isn't it. I would prefer they leave the old law the way it is and add a section for dispenaries and coops. They can tax the dispensaries if they want.
I just enjoy smoking my medicine, if it is legal, it means less people in Jail over BS....I think people who smoke cigs should be jailed for killing themselves willingly.
I couldn't agree more killerweed420. They removed any co-op and dispensary legislation in GSB 6032....:wtf: Now they want to sell it and manage the whole damn industry.:mad::mad:Quote:

Read before you bleed.
You think it will stop us from going to jail over it? think again greensmokey.;) We all turn into felons for being sick. And since the feds won't allow any farmgrowers ( see Monson v. DEA in the legal section) no-one will be legally supplied. Anyone caught with cannabis will be prosecuted heavily....
So whats your take on this?
Can you spell it out for me? I'm not legally minded.
I think I can still grow my own, legally. The scary language I believe is geared toward farmers that provide for the state. No one else can sell. Its worse now then it will be if it passes. I think. I know you prolifically plow through piles of data on this subject. Canna care has gone stale since your departure. What the hell happened there anyway? Steve has his own little dictatorship over there.
Seems the only reason he wants to stop the bill is so he doesn't lose his comfortable nitch in the current market. Can't blame him. I guess there is new legislation being proposed by cannacare designed to give us better protection. If HB2401 gets killed hopefully this new one will get passed.

I take it this is troy6016? Of coarse it got dull at cannacare because? you tell me.LMAO. No one there knows much about anything when it is legal in nature, they just guess at it.
I do keep up with what's going on there daily....SteveS is correct in his legal analysis of the bill. Had he listened to me he would have added "IS NOT A PUBLIC OFFENSE" into his claim to fame bill.
I requested to be banned months ago because iso is a dork and has huge personality conflicts(he kept threatening me in PM messages over stupid drama shit). Then when I spoke too steve and he informed me our medical records never got returned from the raid on his same place we all now get our authorizations at,nor did he file for any return, I FINALLY HAD LOST IT !!!! I got tired of being lied too and watching it on-line to others, when I posted that iso was full of shit on the spidermite spray being safe to use, it got really bad in the PM section. I said fuck off and refund my money(since it was only 2 months old and never used)
As for my avatar, well no need to be a pitbull here so far. It sure changed peoples attitudes when patch went up though LMAO. ya already know what happens when a real pit is in your face. It gets ugly real fast like.
So hope this answers your questions and curiosity.
peace, love, and tranquility till ya piss me off. (just thought i'd pull a steve real quick like) LMAO. stupid is as stupid does.lol
P.S. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GROW UR OWN, LEGALLY THAT IS, IF CAUGHT YOU GET HOSED OUT BY A BIG HUGE JAIL TERM, YOUR PROPERTY BECOMES THE STATES, OR THE FEDS AND NO PASSING GO. FORGET ABOUT COLLECTING $200, THEY WILL COLLECT FROM YOU> one way or another.
Steve should be more relaxed with people who are not legal minded...that's why I was there, but iso had other ideas.
Troy?
When did they get raided?
Does that explain the recent staff changes over there?
If our medical records are compromised, is there anything we should do?
Yeah, pit bulls can be a bit spooky. Especially when you don't know why they're barking at you.
I guess the whole "no drama rule" does not apply to S.S. sinse it's his site.
How does he stay out of prison? It does smell a bit phunny now that all these tiny bits are coming together. They get raided and he does'nt miss a beat. Any normal citizen would be gone for a decade if they were caught with the kind of shit going on there. Maybe thats what the volunteers are for. Pawns.
He's got himself a pretty sweet deal somehow or another. I'd like to think he's a good fella. That's the only thing that makes sense to me.
Maybe I should consider THCF? Or whats that other one called?
Steve got raided by the feds/DTF with 1,500 plants(clones) and they took all the computers, files, etc. Local News | Case highlights medical-pot dilemma | Seattle Times Newspaper.. cannabisnews.com: Medical Marijuana Advocacy Group Raided in Everett and many other news coverage. I thought steveS had proceeded in court to return the patients medical records.....but he did not.
I would stay SOOOOOOOOOOO far away from THCF if I was you. Hell the CEO there just handed over my medical records without any valid court processes. My records and all visits happened in oregon. This court order was suppose to protect me and others(since it is our records being requested and Mr. THCF CEO told us no worries we got it covered) BULSHIT !!!http://www.safeaccessnow.org/downloa...grand.jury.pdf .
I have gone to my regular Dr. and got this document http://www.aclu-wa.org/library_files...horization.pdf
instead of the one you currently have which says "I am treating".
I wish I had done investigated these doc in the boxs before I spent the amount I have.
As far as troy goes, he was the only one whom questioned my knowledge in the same way as you are doing here. :D So I guess my assumptions are ?? if in fact it is troy. Sorry you are being treated like you are over at ????? it really gets old after awhile don't it??
P.S. the civil issues about LEO not being civilly liable for not taking the pot, is in the rules and regs for LEO. They get fined by their department heads and the feds dpending on who is on site at the time. Just so you know the legal truth of why it got implemented into the statute.;)
Sorry for Hijacking thread here. Is there away to send PMs? How come I can't access things like "cannabis club directory"? My name perhaps?
I'm having trouble clunking around here, and I can't even find it in the search.
You didn't highjack anything here. No PM selection on this site. If you want to see your info. just click on your site name and your whole profile comes up. If you want to PM me just email me here [email protected]. PM here appears to be disconnected for good reasons.NO DRUG DEALING in private here.lol
P.S. looks like the directory is disabled for everyone. Just click the persons name and up comes their info., ;) good luck.

Yeah well after finding all this out i agree......But if they sold it in Liquor stores, me agreeings ends because thats what i was originally thinking, where would they get it? If they got it..... but obviously none of that will happen so yeah, would rather stick with what i know and keep on puffin my medicine...
I have hung with people like Jack Herer and His son in Portland at the Third EyE so been around this stuff pretty long.... I just don't follow the same bs everyone else does.. I just want it all legal, and no jail etc etc... Tax it? Sure go for it...Not no 15% tax but sure a small one like they put on Liquor and or Beer would suffice.
green:jointsmile:
Greensmokey,
Do you have access problems now? I would think not being the names you just dropped:cool:. If this bill passes you will become an outlaw felon for growing your own or possessing any without a tax stamp on the cannabis you have in your possession.
So say you don't like how they rolled the splif and you choose to reroll it with another paper type. If one day you just so happen to get checked and the LEO gets to haul your butt to jail. Now why did he do that if you did the right thing and bought it from the correct store of the state?
Can you find this equation in the bill that is being presented?? NOPE !! Why not if these folks represent our interests?? Because they don't represent our interests is why. Be happy with what we have so far, even though it needs work to not allow the LEO to arrest us and stops the state from charging us.
Not too mention the price at the pump, OH I mean the state marijuana stores that don't have but 1 thing in mind $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. I have my health in 1st interest and 2nd is how much must I pay to be healthy in our society, or at least the less restrictive of not suffering so badly. I cannot afford the black market price as it is NOW. Can't imagine the State of Wa. helping me out to pay less especially with a tax on top of it.
I sure hope you vote NO if not for your sake, how about mine.:jointsmile::jointsmile:
And thats one of the things I'm wondering. I wonder if after they're dine drafting and cleaning up the bill will they make it a referendum and let the people vote on it.
