I quit tokin about 4 months ago after being an everyday user for bout a year. I smoke now once every two to three weeks, and its only a few hits when i do cause it doesnt take much anymore haha. But this week I smoked three times in the course of 5 days, still only a few hits each time though. how long before you guys think im clean? Oh ya I havent really been smoking anything high caliber either, I know that can make a difference...

Only way to find out is start testing yourself periodically. No one here can predict exactly when your going to be clean. There's a lot of good information here in the drug testing forum so I suggest you read up.

i dont really know how long it would take to get all the THC out of your system but ive often been told it stays in your body for around 3 months each time you smoke a joint....but in order to cut this time ive always been told 4 things that help to clean your system out
1) a shot glass of vinegear down in one in the moring and before bed
2) eating cilantro a common garden herb that bonds with metals and toxins in the body and flushs them out through urine
3) drinking cranberry juice kicks the kidneys into over drive allowing them to flush more THC out in one go but dont drink to much over a short space of time as this can lead to kidney damage
4) THC is often sent to the tips of your hair to wait to be processed....getting a little of the top every week or so can help to make a difference

The amount of time thc is in your body varies from person to person depending on how much they smoke, how long, and there physical characteristics. It can take 4 to 6 weeks sometimes longer and sometimes shorter depending on the amount of consumption etc.
I am 5'6" & 180# and last got high 4 weeks before a UA test. I passed, but I am also a one or two hit bowl smoker per day.
All four of those things you mentioned are horse shit. Don't believe it.
Abstinence and time is the best thing ya got going for ya. Substitution if it's done right.

What makes you think THC is among the "metals" and "toxins" that this herb allegedly targets? THC is not a metal. And its also non-toxic. Therefore it is erroneous to label THC a "toxin".
There is no product, nothing that can rid the body of THC except for time and fat-burning exercise.

Drinking a bunch of fluids may give your kidneys a workout, but it has no effect on GFR, which is the rate in which THCA is filtered from the bloodstream by the kidneys.
Whoever told you these things need to do some serious research on drug testing and how the body processes THC. Drug testing is taken seriously around these parts and because of that, we prefer to stick with factual info. Bad info like that can land an uninformed reader (that would assume what youre trying to pass off as 'fact') in the unemployment line, or worse, jail.

Wrong unless you are olive oil waiting for your vinegar to make italian dressing. This won't do a thing to fat soluble THC metabolites.

As already pointed out rockaddict, no one can tell when you will be clean or not. You have to check that for yourself via home testing with your first pee of the day.

In my 20's I had to throw a piss test for a Judge, gave me 30 days to get clean before the test. Well I took the Judges generous offer to heart and got clean and I mean clean. Took the test with a clear head and was fairly confident I would walk, the test came back with 5ng THC and the Judge throw the book at me...:wtf:
The blood test on THC levels is bunk, unfortunately it will cost you thousands to prove that while there prosecuting you with your own money...
I've read all the wife's tails out there and the only one that makes since to me is a heavy work out regiment to burn the fat cells off and this would only work if your in shape to begin with...

Actually exercise can work with anyone, whether theyre in shape or not as all humans have fat cells for THC to be stored in, whether they show body fat or not.
The only time exercise can work against you is if youre still testing positive (on a home THC test) and have only 3 days before the scheduled U/A. Thats because anytime you burn fat cells, the stored THC metabolizes into THCA and is released back into the bloodstream, to which they are filtered by the kidneys and deposited in the bladder. This is the main reason why THC carries a longer detection period than most other types of drugs. For that reason, youd want to stop exercise and be as dormant as possible to prevent a bunch of THCA from being released into the bloodstream, which will end up in the urine to be detected.

ok, i have unfortunatly taken over 350 urinalysiss (3 to 4 a week for 2 and a half years) in my time and have heard a thing or to about how to pass them and how long to expext to test positive. the rule of thumb is 30 days for marijuana to be dectectable in your system. exrecise is the best thing you can do to get clean faster..with your build I would feel safe after 30 days. I know that a strong dose of niacin will shock your liver, cranberry juice will flush your liver and AZO will clean your urinary track makeing for clean pee. The only other trick worth anything is to soak your funger in bleach for a few hrs before the test and then pee over your finger tio into the jar....then wash the shit out of it!!
while we are on the sublect I will tell you about a friend of mine that thought he would put clean pee in a condom and duct tape it to his leg so it would stay warm but the condom poped on him while he was in the wateing room for the test....maby dont try that method

Niacin and AZO does nothing to rid the body of THC. This "trick" will not work either as the collection facilities, following the guidelines mandated by the DHHS, will make you wash your hands before you go into the bathroom to give your sample.

Obviously, you didn't read the above posts... The amount of time varies from person to person and only periodic testing can give someone an accurate answer. Your guess work here can land and uninformed poster right to the front of a jail cell door line.

Give me a break, we have discussed this over and over. Niacin is a myth... Cranberry juice and AZO are merely an antiseptic's for the urinary tract, helping only to fight infection and THCA is not one.

Your experiences with UA's are nothing more than experiences. We like to stick to facts here in the drug testing forums, because peoples jobs, families, and livelihoods are at stake here. Next time I suggest you do your research before you try to misinform someone here.

First and foremost, listen to what Burnt Toast has to say. That will give you the true insight to how THC works with your body. My own personal two cents though is that you will be clean within 7-9 days. Back when i was your age, i weighed around 145 and also had a high metabolism. I actually smoked almost the same amount you did, for about 4 days, and had a urine test the following week and I ended up passing fine. I'd thought i would inform you of this maybe to calm your nerves a bit if you do have a test comming up. Don't stress thinking the THC will be in your fat cells for 30 days when you weight one hundred and twenty some pounds and have a fast metabolism.

Ok you want to know how to pass a drug test, DONT DO DRUGS. If you are in a situation that you might need to take a drug test then to not do drugs, then you will pass a drug test. Easy as that...thats how I passed all of mine.

Thanks but no dice. I do 90% of my own work on my cars, but thats another story for another forum and not within the scope of the drug testing forum.
