help with white rhino
hi there good people, been a silent member for while just self educating with a good dose of reading before attempting my first grow.
my friend donated a few clones of white rhino before he went off on a cruise so i cant even ask him.
the problem im having is......il be 6 weeks into flowering on monday an some of my leaves are yellow/crispy an drying up rather fast :wtf:
some of them have rust spots an no yellowing, the buds are forming nicely and covered in frosty goodness but somethings not right:mad:
im running-8x5 room,2x 600w hps,5"intake,6"outtake and filter, lights on temp20.8c-humidity 52%,lights off temp 19.8-61%humidity,plenty of air circulation in the room,6x 5gallon dwc buckets, using lucas formula not on full strength.
i was thinking lsf ??????as my first cold air intake was pulling in alot of water/humidity.....so could mould spores have crept in???
the room is sterile as can be an everything has pretty much been trouble free up until now
heres some pics

il get some better shots of the fuct leaves in a while
can someone with experiance in LSF tell me acurately.....at this stage in flowering is it a big worry???how will it affect the bud???am i right in thinking you cant do nothing about lsf this late in flowering???
please ask me anything as i could have left god knows out of my explanation
would be a pain to lose my first harvest as i thought i was doing well and im done buying herb locally so was looking forward to growing my own smoke
thanks in advance kind people:thumbsup:

I think that is too much P in the fertilizer. I had the same issue and stopped fertilizing in the flower stage. No your plant will be good to smoke. It is stressin'

I grow in soil, but to me it looks like a pH problem is locking out some of your nutrients to me...

Hey 88nate88,
My white rhino finishes between 71/2 - 81/2 weeks, so you are correct that you are only 2 weeks or so from finish. It looks like maybe a couple of small problems have come together to bite you in the end. Already mentioned was PH which could contribute to nute inbalance, tho some of your leaf picks seem to show nute burn. IDK, but what to do now?
Run just water from now till the end would be my advice. Let the plant use up anything it has stored and if it keeps getting crispy leaves, tell people you are working on a new strain of WR that's "auto-trimming".:D

What you have is, commonly known as rust. I would not worry about it this late in your progression. Just take off the damaged leaves and burn them. Google plant rust for your next grow. It can be extinguished.
Good luck.

hi mate. i;m growing 4 white rhino at the mo and the same thing is happening to me. the leaves turn up and look like they are about to fall off. just remove the leaves and all should be ok for the smoke. i've done a few different plants and these were the only ones to turn bad. so maybe its just a characteristic for these plants
