I listen to a lot of rock music, but I also listen to rap as well....
Ive been listening to a cd of Rap City in the Booth and it made me think....
Who is the best freestyle rapper out there today?

meeeeee even though i cant stand rap, i can freestyle so good when im high. it just kind of flows lol

Thats why if youve ever seen the show Rap City, they take these rappers into this little closet with black lights and a microphone. The room is very smokey, so there must be some sort of "inspiration" going on before the camera comes on :)
