So I gave my dad a joint for his birthday...

When I told my parents that I smoke weed and have since I was 12 (I'm 23, married now) my dad asked me for a joint for his birthday. He hasn't smoked weed for 20 years, evers since my parents got married, and wanted to see if he still liked it.

So I go down to see my dad on his birthday. I decided to stay the night because I thought I was going to smoke out my dad and because they live about an hour away. But no, he just wanted it, for later, with my mom, etc....

I warned them about the increase in potency of herb since 1981, and my parents had never seen a nice crystally nug. They were used to bags of "dark green" shake. I broke it up while talking to them and rolled my dad a nice spliff with a larger roach to make it easier to smoke. A very surreal experience for all three of us.

We spent the rest of the night drinking cocktails and telling stories, mostly them telling me their drug stories, lol. Although I guess I had a couple in there too... It turned out to be a pretty good night and I learned things about my parents that I never thought I would.

Fast forward 3 weeks, my mom calls me and the first thing out of her mouth was "no more presents like that!" HAHAHAHAHAHA

they smoked about half the spliff and got so baked they couldn't do.. what they wanted to do.. My dad apparently got pretty paranoid and got lost going to the kitchen to get a glass of water, HAHAHA I don't remember most of the other crap, this was a couple months ago, I just smoked a spliff and thought about it, sorry for the ramble, I'm pretty baked :D:D:D:D :eek:

Good story dude, I can't imagine smoking up with my parents or giving them weed. They aren't tight asses or anything and I know they smoke it rarely but it would still be a weird experience.

hahahaha thats pretty kool. If I ever saw my mother rippd itd probly put me right off weed lol. My attitude may change in the next few years. My dad smokes weed, mayb i should ask him if he wants a blunt next time i see him :D, i think hes under the impression that i dont know but since im living away from home now... Btw kool avatar

I once smoked with my mom but thats it. It was very surreal. Apparently she'de been smoking little tiny bits of it with a family friend (who visits still to this day often) and they used to be smoking it on the balcony. WHILE I WAS SNEAKING IN MY ROOM! (this is more than a decade ago). I never told my mom how much I did , so when she told me to get go get "something I would know what it was when I opened it" out of the jewelry box. It was a little pinner, I smoked that with my mom and she became like a kid. She was all giggly it was like hanging out with a giggly teen I was WTF! I felt almost nothing but pretended I was really high so she wouldnt catch on that I was basically stoned all the time (grades never slipped though ;) ) . It quite literally blew my mind....

It was pretty strange, but at the same time extrememly comfortble because it was so surreal, and I was drinking... My mom said never again, but I haven't actually been able to sit down and talk to my dad about it yet. I think I'll be bringing a little herb to Christmas this year.

nah, they didn't want to smoke with me, we just sat around drinking and telling stories. They smoked it like 3 weeks later. Bummed me out, but maybe I'll be able to smoke with my dad at christmas.

Smoking with my parents has made us closer, the whole comming out witht he truth and the whole "Mommmy, daddy, I smoke weed everyday" thing really chilled them out. They dun like it but they arent gunna try and stop me anymore. I thinkt hey got bored with trying so many times and decided to just join me :D

That just gave me a great idea for my dads birthday, haha.
