Would it be good if I (found/bought) Some seeds and planted them in the woods by my house?
Would the weed be good?
Also how much care would be needed to put into it?
Also am i better off trying to buy seeds from school,Or buying them online (Shipping to USA=Illegal if i get cought?)

Your questions are way too broad, also.. not hard to get seeds, also... its way too late in the season if you want to grow anything over 2 ft.
Try reading some of the thousands of grow logs in these forums.. theres learning material everywhere you look..
Short of trying to tell you how to grow in one sentence or less.. id rather not.
Well if it gets under about 65 degrees at anytime in the day where you live you probably shouldn't plant them until you have at least two months of warmth ahead of you. As far as getting seeds, it sounds like your first grow so you should plant seeds from weed that you get or already have called bag seeds. I wouldn't go with the school approach at all. Not too much care needed to take care of them, i would suggest a good store bought soil for wherever your going to plant them. water once a day or once every two days whichever is easier and make sure that where they are planted they get plenty of sun. (Over 12 hours a day) Just mark a spot with a stick or something and check if the sun is still on it at different times of the day to see how long one spot gets sun. I am also on my first grow with bag seeds indoors at 4 and 1/2 weeks.

And yes the dried up seeds from the bud you buy will work. You will want to use the darkest ones you can find like the black seeds work the best and wrap them in a wet paper towel then put that in a clear plastic ( Sandwich) Bag and put it on a window sill or anywhere it will get sunlight and Don't check on them more than once a day as the bag will lose its humidity. in about 2-3 days they should germinate and you can plant them. Not so sure about the fertilizer because this is my first grow too and i haven't used any yet and my plants are doing fine. But search around a little i learned everything i know so far from just this site...and Google.

Like bury them and let them grow or do i have to go check on them, water them, any of that stuff
Yea you bury them about double the seed length, then water them about every other day.

A different way to germ your seeds are cups. Soak your seeds over night in a cup of water. The next day look to see which seeds sink to the bottom. Fill the cups with soil and plant 1 seed per cup about 1/4'' deep and cover lightly with soil. Oh and before ya do this poke a few holes in the bottom for drainage and get the soil wet before putting the seed in, as the seed may get buried to deep and not get enough air and will not germ.
Give em 3-4 days. Now do this far from your property! Let them grow about 2 weeks, but make sure you can water them at least every other day, as the cups dry out fast.
So now your ready. Your holes should be dug out at least 5-7 days before you put your plants in them. Find a good place that will provide good sun, but more important privacy! Now take the cash you saved and buy some top soil with a hand full of per lite if you can get some. It will help keep em watered. Dump in the top soil one hole at a time with perlite. Use a knife to cut down the cup and open. Take and get rid of all trash thats being used, as its a give away and respect nature! There should be a ton of roots, thats good, so now plant everything in the top soil. You want to plant them at least half way in the ground. If your covering leaves, dont worry about it, because the deeper the better. Water them and leave. Its best to do this at night or very early in the morning, cuz ya dont want anyone to see you. Try to put them close to a water source as well as a place that gets sun and where people dont go. Number one rule! DO NOT TELL ANYONE! If you do, your busted, cuz if you cant control yourself, how do you expect them too. At best you only get ripped off.
Water about every 3-4 days depending on your spots. Some ares will stay watered longer then others, ya just got to get to know your environment. Oh and please dont grow 50 plants or even close. I had 7 this year and i worked my ass off. Plus ya dont want to got to jail for 15 years do ya?
This is pretty basic, so between now and then you need to read. I read everyday. It will help you understand questions that will come up. Plus the guys that really know what there doing in here isnt going to answer a question like i just did. They want to know that you have done your home work. Its only far, cuz they had to read it and there is always something to learn. I gave you this answer because im paying back the help i got, its only right that i help when i can.
