white widow and la woman fem cfl grow

i just planted three ww fems and a l a woman fem still waiting to break ground.. im using 16 23 watt cfls mixed spectrum. its in a mylar lined closet. gonna start posting pics when theres something to see.

just got done with closet makeover.. got the whole thing lined in mylar and doubled my lights i have 16 23 watt cfls mix between veg and flower spectrums.. it makes a big difference between mylar and aluminum foil. bright as fuck... super stoked for this grow

saucee last grow the plants grew strong and filled out nice..but they turned males..so i ordered fem seeds to try to get an advantage ... i was running 8 23 watt cfls on three plants...now i have 16 lights same watts different spectrums on fourplants so im hoping for some thick nugs...ive looked at almost every cfl grow on the web and it can be done just need a ton of cfls...well c

I just had a strange thought about. Try to follow my train of thought here...

I had posted a fairly lengthy message recently talking about all of the different factors that go into determining the sex of a non-femmed seed and wonder if growing with CFL's and non femmed seeds lowers your chance of growing females because CFL light is the least like natural sunlight out of the lighting options I've seen. I could be wrong, but it was just a weird thought that I felt like sharing.

I would have to do some major research in order to determine whether this was fact. In no way am I trying to pull this off as true, like I said, it was just a strange thought that sounded intuitive haha.

the L A woman is gonna be the biggest plant out of the grow... i gotta good feeling about this grow got everything dialed in and have some good seeds to start out with... have the room that the closet is in totally blacked out.. i heard light leak was the number 1 reason for fems turning herm... so i made sure when those lights go out u cant see your hand in front of your face

no mutants this time deleafer ordered some fem seeds so im hoping i can get atleast 3 out of 4. finnally got my grow room totally blacked out so i know there cant be any light in my grow closet.. they say light leak is a big issue for fems turning herms...plus finally got rid of that foil and got some mylar...trying to step my game up:thumbsup:

do u think 31000 cfl lumens is enough for 4 plants?

Definitely through veg, but i think it would be best to get more for flowering 5,000 lumens/sq. ft. minimum

Things are lookin' good! I have ZERO experience with the CFLs and I'm very interested to see how this grows out, nice strains.

I'm assuming that you are using just the VEG spectrum lighting to start(?), the girls look nice and compact. :thumbsup:

im gonna flower at 21 days. keep short and fat

my leaves were pointing almost strait up...so i did some research and found that it was my room was to dry so i put a humidifier in there...well see if it works...keeping my fingers crossed

pics were taken 3 or 4 hours after i put the humidifier in the room...they are alot better.. guess im gonna have to start watching humidity know...another trip back to lowes....man i thought growing this shit would be easy!!!

20th day veg....plants look good this morning looks like it was to dry in the room

What is your soil mix? I have been studying all different kinds of soil mixes that contain everything essential for the plant without having to add any nutes throughout the whole life cycle. Are you using nutes?

im using mg potting soil... says it feeds for three months but i start using nutes during flowering...jack classic flowering

im drunk and i want to say this i have to drink because i cant afford or always find bud... it is a outrage u cant get a helping hand unless u are a criminal or live in a certain state... i wish i had help other than a shrink and doing something at rite aid...or the guy around the block .... this is a drunken schpill... legalize this shit it is dumb...way more money and tourism...the bottom dollar that is what is almighty....we need cash this is the right move for the greatest country in the world....wow really think about it

my last soil grow was ww.......they look great. if u need any advice let me know ...the finished product will blow your mind.....:smokin:
