COMPLETELY LOST MY APPETITE

ok, i have no desire to eat anymore. i just cant.

today i went through the entire day with a bowl of cereal. thats all i had. recently i only eat one meal a day and i cant eat anymore. even when i smoke a shit load i dont even get munchies.

anyone no y this could b happening

one thing i think of is the drugs i was doing. i cut back on them for now. but i have done dxm a few times. dont think its that because i would b hungry again when i came off it. dont think its muscle relaxers cuz ive only done them twice and things were normal. so it brings me down to morphiene, which ive done a lot of in a short period of time. on morpheine i would b fucked for 2-3 days at a time and i would not eat anything.

well i guess i just wanna know how i could get my appetite back because not eating is very very unhealthy and im a very active person, so i need to eat.

any advice is really really really appreiciated.

Well, I'm no doctor but I think the Morphine is the root of your problem.

try exercising, that might work up an appetite.

Also, eat healthy, because if you're barely eating anything a day, you should make that little bit of food something that's good for you.

I had just about the same problem when I was going off the Morphine.. You lose your appetite, maybe you get cold all the time. Everything you want to do, you feel bad to the bone, belive me..
Long time since you stopped Morphine??
My advice: Eat Healthy and try to train as much as you can.! Start with eating some vitamins and some fruit, you will feel much better:) Good luck!

Hot water and lemon juice as soon as you wake, within an hour you'll start to feel hungry. You need to be eating more fresh produce, all those packet and convenience meals are too high in sodium, msg etc. Include lots of cereals and grains, oily fish and fruit and vegetables. It's just a matter of retraining your body and getting into a routine with meals. Oh and include one of those one a day multi vitamins. The best of luck, let us know how you get on. :)

but back to my appetite problem,

well yesterday and b4 that i still wsant eating anything, but today i ate a lil more than the previous day. i guess it will just take time. ya i try to eat helathy but its hard sumtimes cuz i forget. ya but im taking these vitamins my family takes for calcuim and other vitamins. o is drinking green tea any good cuz i try to have 1-3 cups a day at least.

ill post back if im doing better or worse. but ya morphiene is a fucked drug, my buddy gave me three more pills :( and i took them. blah im probly gonna flush them or sell them for pot money. o ya i try and excerise whenever i can. either its sit ups and push ups or actually weight training, stuff like that.

You do not take those pills then you will have the same fucking problem again.. And keep up the same type of training, maybe take a run if have energy to it!! Wish you luck :)

Word. I've been having an appetite problem as well. Ever since I cut back on the herb I haven't has as good of an appetite as normal.

opiates will stop your intestines from working,if you done alot of them,you may in fact have shut them down,it can be serious,deadly serious

I say lay off everything else except for the weed, cause that should really help you to get your appetite back...

If you really want to, try going completely drug free for maybe a few days, a week at most, and see how you feel. After that, smoke a fatty, maybe you'll want to eat again.

in my case
i can lay off pian killer,and hurt for the most part,but save my stomach(ulcers)
i eat much better when i smoke a few jionts during the day,wake up toke one have breakfast,toke one have lunch,,dinner ect, to lay down and sleep
smoke one ect,
now if i take pills for pian,im smoking alot more

Painkillers supress hunger.

quimics are bad man , use natural drugs if you are going to use drugs, but if you want realy my advise just smoke weed, those kimics that you used to take are the roots of your problem that is in mine opinion.....
