Seroquel is a fairly new antipsychotic drug used for the treatment of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. It has a big sedative effect for the first several weeks of use...
i used to be on antipsychotics. they aren't fun. there's a reason why schizophrenics dont want to take their medicine....its because the pills make you gain like 50 pounds in a month, make you so tired you can't even walk straight....they suck.
take one if you are bored and want to go to sleep...
I'm a regular user of Serequel. For a while I fell in love with it because of the way it made me feel in large doses when mixed with smoking weed. It's not as much of a high as it is a.. fucked up sort of wonderful feeling. I quit abusing it though and now I only take it "as needed" for sleep. And, unless my doctor is lying to me, Serequel is one of the few medications used to treat skitzophrenia ((sp.?)) that doesn't cause much weight gain. I've been taking it for quite a while and I've lost 25 pounds since I began.
Edit: By large doses I mean 400-500 mg. My regular dose is 100-200.
damn man...thats too much of an antipsychotic. they have a high risk factor of tardative diskenesia (or however you spell it..im really drunk/stoned right now...). that's basically a motor skill thing...like your face makes weird faces by involuntary movement...or you basicaly have like little muscle spasams in the face...its weird shit.
my friend has em and sells em, i havnt tried them yet but he describes it as smoking 5 blunts by yourself

ive got a perceription for sleeping i like it but once i took a lot and could feel my heart beat in my throht it was fucked up i like them thou you cant stay up more then 2 hours on them. not like 5 blunts though hes just trying to sell them hahh
i took about 100mg of that shit and it fucked me up!!! i was walking and walls seemed to jump out at me lol

Seroquel just makes you sleepy as hell. No real good feelings. But you get a good sleep, but it dehydrates you alot so drink lots of water or you'll wake up all shrivelled.
i was prescribed that shit. never took it. i still have a bag full of em'. i was told it can really mess your head up if your not prescribed it.
Becuase you would have a mental illness to want to take it.
it is also a Rx'd for a sleeping pill.it was to me,
and will work to do just that i used to take them to get to sleep but stopped when i felt so bad the next day,over and over agian,like i was worn out all day
anyway they are not cool to mix with booze at all
i know people who like them but i threw a bottle away becuase i do not want to be the cuase of some fools death who mixes booze and pills
if you try them
do not drink,u will just pass out anyway so what fun is that?
