Smoked in the last 2 days, have a Drug test on the 14th! Help please!

Hey there,

I am not too fat but have a bit of a stomach, weighing in at 202lb at 5"9. I'm 18 years old. Got some muscle, played football in High School, etc. Eat a lot on Munchies lol.

I stopped smoking on the 1st of September, and started again on the 6th, just twice, and yesterday like twice. We smoked a lot though and repeatedly got high.

Between the 1st and the 6th, I ran twice, and weight lifted.

Today I'm going to run, and weight lift. Tomorrow, hopefully the same thing but if I'm too sore I'm just going to use the stationary bike at my Gym for as long as I can to sweat as much as possible, probably at 20-30 min. Tomorrow, Thursday, I'm going to start taking Creatine. I know a guy who can get me a Detox for around $10-$15. Yesterday I played ball and got pretty winded, and kinda sweaty but it was cold and I was in shorts/white T, we played right after we blazed. On monday I just walked around a lot at an outlet shopping.

On Friday I'll run again, and weight lift again. When I weight Lift, unless I squat, I get a light sweat, and I can't squat because I hurt my leg over the weekend...what luck, right when I need to exercise.

On Saturday, I'm not doing any exercise, and I'll try to really go excess on the fats. Over this Memorial Day break I did indulge in food quite a bit, I was planning on not smoking till the 14th but my buddy tempted me too much lol.

Sunday, same thing, no exercise.

At home I have :

A lot of Gatorade
A bottle full of cranberry Juice
Apple Juice
Green Tea (packets of Jasmine Green Tea)
Creatine Monohydrate (I used to take it for weight lifting)
Bayers Aspirin ( I heard you take 4 of these at night and again in the morning with a lot of liquid in you and it is a false negative)
Rolaids
Multi Vitamins (With B2/B12 for turning my piss greenish yellow)

My appointment is at 9:00 AM. I'll be up much earlier then that.

Ok, so heres whats different for me about Drug Testing.

2 weeks ago I got caught. I have a female Probation officer, who normally just sends me into the male restroom. I didn't even smoke when I got on probation so it wasn't an issue, and when I started smoking in January, every visit I went to I just swapped the piss with my brothers.

This time, bad luck. She decided to send someone in with me, who very carefully watched. I had to just piss. Now, since I thought I would just swap the piss, I did absolutely NOTHING that morning but ate breakfast and a few cups of water and took a piss. So I had the first piss of the day out of the way, but this was my second or 3rd.

It came back at 83mg/dL I think. Something like that. I am not on probation for a drug related charge and it was my first time, but she said that those numbers meant I smoked in the past few days. Since I'm 18, and even though she's a bitch she knows I'm a lot smarter and more straight edge then her other kids, so she said she won't tell my parents. Mostly because I'm always polite, dress nice when I go, never lie, and am on my stuff when it comes to community service, awareness classes I must attend, not ditching my classes, etc.

She said that if I don't see a significant drop, I could get in trouble. A lot of trouble.

So my probation officer scheduled this date and told me I was being given a chance. She said that I need to see a decent drop in my THC metabolite levels. So she KNOWS its in my system, it just needs to be a lot less in there then my original number, 83 mg/dL.

I normally smoke out of a bong, with an occasional joint/blunt, I smoked a joint 2 days ago and on the 6th.

I have this date, then one 2 weeks after, then another probably, unless the one after the 14th is the one where I don't test for THC at all or its way too low.

So yeah, I need help, and advice. I know there are a lot of guru's, masterminds, and very wise people with a lot of experience here, so I'm thanking you guys in advance, I really, really appreciate whatever help and guidance you can offer me.

So, I'm going to wake up around 4:00, and drink a BUNCH of water, maybe a glass of cranberry juice. I'll stay awake after this. Probably drink more and more water, then cranberry juice, and a bottle of gatorade. I know I'll start voiding clear Urine. I am still unsure about Aspirin. I'm a heavier guy so I don't know if I should take more then 3-4 at night and again in the morning...not sure.

We'll leave my house around 8:00 AM. I'll take a bottle of gatorade with me. Prior, I think I'll get one bottle and mix in a lot of salt...I know it'll taste like crap, but I think this will help with gravity/pH level...

I'll take multi vitamins a lot up until we are in the car...and when we get their I'll pop 2-4 more in and finish off a gatorade...again over the weekend prior I'll also be shoveling fats into my body quite a bit. Donuts, burgers, burritos, sodas, etc....after this I wont do that again, I'll just keep burning and burning fats up until my next meeting, which will have NO smoking in between, and then I'll be clean, and my next date is in December, so I'll have time to toke again.

Ok....so I'll probably be holding pisses in really hard, so in the lobby I'll use the restroom 1-2 times. I hope at home I piss my first piss, then 3-6 times before I leave, and I'll continue flushing my system with the drinks. When I meet my probation officer, I might just say " I need to use the restroom" and she'll either be suspicious or say "Fine let me get a male staff"....damn. Or, hopefully if I can hold it in till the meeting, I'll piss as we are about to leave.

I'll go in the restroom, into teh stall, and the guy will be right behind me. I don't know if I should take piss to swap just in case, I mean last time when she got the guy it was the first time I was watched. I normally just hide it in a tiny bottle in my crotch, so it stays warm, and I have my bro piss in it in the morning or in the night.

If there is a guy though, which I am currently under the impression of as most likely, that piss is going to be mine. I'll take the piss and do the midstream thing, and hand over the bottle after I cap it and wash my hands...yeah.

So, good plan? Any suggestions?

Cliffnotes (though I'd appreciate if you read those walls of texts, they are detail filled):

* Big guy
* Smoked yesterday (8th)
* Need to pass test on the 14th
* Will be running/weight lifting
* Taking creatine starting tomorrow
* On weekend doing nothing, filling myself with fats, etc.
* Be drinking green tea progressively once or twice today and up until day of test
* Drink cranberry juice/gatorade/water on the morning of test
* Take vitamins
* keep drinking, start pissing a lot in the morning
* Keep drinking till I get there
* Piss more
* Should have very diluted urine, I'll mix salt with a bottle of gatorade, keep gravity good
* Vitamins will make it a normal color
* Creatine consumption prior will keep creatinine levels/authenticity good


SO yeah, please help me out with any tips. I have some questions.

Should I start diluting or taking the cranberry juice, if it'll help get some metabolites out, prior to the day of the test?

What about the aspirin and rolaids?

I'll take creatine thursday through monday on the morning of the test..will that be enough time to have it turn into creatinine in my body and have a good level in my test?

How many times should I piss before I go? At home and at the Probation Center?

Sounds like you've got the plan down pretty good. Don't bother with the aspirin. Try and drink as much gatorade or sports drink as you can instead of water. The rule is about 48 ounces of fluids over a 3 hour period. Do too much and you'll end up with a negative dillute.
I would still take some clean urine with you just incase you get the chance.
A high fiber diet with metamucil for the next couple days will help and then change to the red meat high fat diet.

I remember people telling me that chugging on cranberry juice a week prior to a test is good because rather then dilute, it actually does get a lot of THC metabolites out of you. Does it dirty up piss so you can get it out faster, or help dilute? Its a diuretic, I know that. So its supposed to make you piss, but I'm having second thoughts on taking it any later then Saturday.

Just got back from my run, sweaty all over.

Still going to walk to the gym and weight lift. Definitely gonna get sweaty again.

Plus I'll be drinking plenty of water and green tea and coffee today..

I have a broken leg and am about to have my tenth surgery in 14 months. This surgery is going to be so bad, they sent me to a pain clinic to get signed up w/ them so i will get the appropriate meds after surgery. Now this is a workers comp injury. Happened 14 months ago and i was drug tested when it happened. i rarely smoke pot. i'm talking maybe twice a year. Just so happens, i smoked once about 2-3 weeks ago and again 3 nights ago. Now 3 nights ago, i didn't even get high. Took maybe 3 puffs. Well, had my signup at the pain clinic today, because my surgery is next week, and i be damned, they made me take a piss test. With all the doctors appts i've had in over a year, this is the first one i have had to take since the day i broke my leg. I wasn't prepared. Of course now this is a pain clinic. i'm sure they need to drug test to know what you've taken and are taking with the type of drugs they prescribe-hardcore pain meds. Anyways, i'm hopeful that is the only reason they tested me, because it came after the questionnaire of what meds were i taking. Maybe they won't report back to workers comp or my employer about their findings, i'm not sure. Now, does anyone have the expertise to let me know whether or not you think i'll pass this test. If it helps, i'm 6'1 and weigh 235. I do drink plenty of energy drinks and caffeine. before 2 or 3 weeks ago, i didn't smoke any in the last 6 months. I also take antibiotics and one of those makes my piss turn oragish-red so there really was no chance of diluting. Someone please let me know cause i'm worried here.

brokenleg I doubt they'll find any marijuana in your system, but its a possibility.

Any findings that do occur won't result in you losing your job though, in order to fail a test you need to have a THC metabolite level that meets or exceeds 50mg/dL which you probably, like 95% do not meet. I know that even if you have some in your system, they'll let it slide if its lower then that, since clearly it means you've only experimented and are not a chronic user and it won't affect your mood/performance and stuff.

Is there anymore help anyone can provide? Can anyone please answer some of my questions that I asked?

I was also wondering If I can mix my creatine monohydrate with the cranberry juice...seems like a bad idea though, since it may speed up the creatine entering and exiting my body. Not quite sure.

I made the mistake of smoking last monday, tuesday and wednesday, so I'll only have been sober a few days..I went a few runs and weight lifted. Got sweaty and everything and have also been drinking cranberry juice.

I took creatine and will do so today and again tomorrow, along with more red meat consumption....dear God this needs to work lol.

If you put the amount of effort you did into typing all of your posts into not smoking- you'd be set! I know how that goes though. Drink gatorade as someone stated instead of water.

True lol. My test is in a mere 7 hours. I've began some cranberry juice drinking, before I'm at the office I will have drank:

All the cranberry juice I have left (less then half of a 64FLOZ bottle)
2 cups Green Tea
lots of water
2-3 gatorades
5-hour energy shot (it has vitamin b12 in it for non clear piss)
Red Bull has niacin in it, which I've heard can help, not sure on this one though.

Also I need to sleep in between now and the test...I'm pretty nervous right no w though, had a burger for dinner and drank creatine yesterday and today, so I should hopefully be good...my PO KNOWS I had it in my system, quite a bit at 83 mg/dL, she's only expecting a decent drop within a 2 week time period, and I'm sure she knows my body composition and metabolism will be a factor in how low it goes...I know I can get it under 50 mg/dL, with all this dilution though, crossing my fingers!


If I pass I'm definitely loading up some water and ice in the bong.:D My friend gets off Probation on Tuesday the 15th, and we are going to have to celebrate by getting lit as hell, going to see Final Destination 3d, getting lit in the theater, and then getting In N Out burgers. After that I'll get up on exercise and stuff just because I want a healthier life style, I don't NEED weed at all, I can quit easily and my sober life is almost more fun then my high life. I'll definitely be smarter about when to smoke this time, my next test will be at least 2 weeks from now.

Hopefully, with even more time and the same method, I'll pass that too, and then I should be free till December.:cool:

I will post my results as well through what I have planned and executed. Whether I pass or fail my fellow smokers need to know the conclusion to this experiment.

Well I got back a while ago.

I got a 5 hour energy (B12, Niacin) and also had 3 multi vitamins (3x more then usual). Gulped half a bottle of cranberry juice and a cup of green tea, 3 glasses of water, and then a gatorade, then had the 5 hour energy, and more Gatorade. I pissed a LOT, but most were pretty clear, and I was worried if the vitamins were kicking in or not.

Luckily, by my 9th-10th piss when I was in the restroom, I voided a slightly yellowish pee, didn't look dirty at all, reminded me of lemon Gatorade haha.

Anyway, it made me pretty confident since the piss felt like all the others, really light and watery, and I had gatorade and a good amount of salt and stuff, and had been taking creatine the past 3 days, plus I work out a lot and have taken some in the past, had it because I used to take it for Football practice and the weight training afterwards.

Back to the story, while I took the piss my P.O. had me monitored, and the guy really didn't give a ****. He said "pick a stall" so I chose the doored one, and at first I tried to keep it open so he could see, but he said "Its cool I really don't care" and just pulled out his phone....damn, could have swapped! lol. But then again, maybe he was just playing me. I didn't take any substitute, I figured they'd check and stuff.

By tomorrow or a few days I may receive a call confirming that I failed, or passed, or, if she doesn't call, then it probably means I passed since the ONLY time she's called about my test was when I failed. Otherwise if I pass I guess its whatever.

She seemed pretty happy, I had really good behavior and attitude and tried to maintain my composure. She could instantly tell I wasn't a dumbass like half the people on Probation....still I'm stupid for getting on it in the 1st place lol.

She was pretty happy with me, and let me know, and I took my piss hastily and cut out of there.

Wish me luck, if by Thursday I don't receive a call, I'm going to go ahead and assume I passed.

Again, she found my level, not 83, I misheard her, it was ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THREE, last time. So she is just expecting a big drop, and a further drop 2 weeks by now, and then a test once a month....damn. Normally I don't have to deal with her until a court date, I thought I'd be free till December, but nope, She says I'm going to have to see her on teh 28th, then late October, then November, and December.:( Probably further after that as well. Damn. Oh well.

Thanks! If I didn't pass, it still doesn't disprove the dilution method, it works for some and doesn't for others, but I know it definitely improved my chances.

I just had a test today. I took 2 hits off a joint 2 weeks ago. Before that I smoked maybe 3 months ago, and that was just sharing a bowl. I'm 5'9", 240 lbs. I work out 3x a week but did not work out several days prior or the day of the test. I drink a lot of water anyway, but made sure to load up on water the day of the test (they made me wait a freaking hour, so pee was light colored and not fully diluted).

Normally I wouldn't care so much, but the place I'd be working has a close relative there too, and she would know if I flunked. And I REALLY don't want her knowing I smoke.

I'm thinking I would pass, but am still paranoid I won't. Help?

Thank heavens they test on the spot at my PO's office. Using the test strips with the indicator line. Of course, the surest way to go in there with confidence is to buy the test strips in lots of 10 off ebay.

They do collect into a lab container - should it fail the test strip they send it in for labwork.

I go in the 28th (next Monday) and finished up a 1/4 bag on the 19th (last Saturday). Nine days ought to be good to pass with only drinking water ahead of the test - though this time methinks some Metamucil Saturday and Sunday night might help a bit.
