no medical/like to get mm card

hey trying to get some help please i have not had medical insurance for a while 5years i think, and im trying to get a cannabis card,i know you need medical records but i cant remember last doctor. i do have backpain ,and insomia, i used to car haul lots of strain on my back and long days no sleep now that ive been layed off i cant sleep up all night and haveing back pain. can any body tell me whats the best way to getting a card with no medical records i live in stockton ca willing to travle looking for great doc,please help me thanks

Free clinic! Look, I live in a rural area and even we have a "sliding scale" clinic in the county. Go to your free clinic, tell them your problems, explain the situation and that you are not BSing. Ask for a copy of your record and take it from there!

Or look for the cheapest cannabis clinic- as a general rule, the cheaper they are, the less picky they are. I have read of folks getting a 6 month rec, so they have time to see a doctor and get the records. Sorry, I didn't pay attention to which clinic it was.

Just go to Venice Beach, you can get a medical recommendation for about $150 bucks.

I would suggest Oakland as your best bet. I'm in Manteca, when I asked a similar question a few years back, a friend took me to "NORCAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM-Medical Clinic, Inc. 1504 Franklin Street, Suite 101 Oakland, Ca. 94612. Dr. Hany Assad, M.D. You will have a consultation with the Dr. and will tell him what medical condition and symptoms you have. If your not sure what to tell him, I believe there are other threads for that. Cost, I believe is about $100 for The physician recommendation. You then take that about 3 or 4 blocks over to the "Patient ID Center" where you pay something like $25 to have your picture taken and recieve your #ID card. Dr. Assad office (510)839-0723. Don't be in a rush, process takes 3hrs on the average.

I agree, go see Dr Hassad at Norcal Healthcare in Oakland. I have gone to him for 4 yaers. You really do not need the OCBC card unless you plan on going to clubs in Oakland and Berkeley. I believe that the clubs there require that you have the OCBC card. I think that it is a waste of $30 and time. All that you really need is your dcotors rec letter. If you live in Stockton you need to come visit the closest dispensary to you. That would be South Sacramento Care center. I am one of the directors. We are located at 114A otto Circle. We are 3/4 of a mile west of Hwy. 99 off of 47th Ave. We are ina a safe and secure location. At the present time we have over 15 different starins of medicine to choose from as well as edibles, extracts and clones. All new patients that sign up receive a free gift for coming in. None of our medicine is priced over 455 an 1/8, and we also have 1/8s as low as $30. Come check us out.

Keep in mind that Dr. Hany Assad is one of the less-reputable doctors out there. He's had a couple of incidents with female patients, so now he's not allowed to see female patients for a couple of years. I really wouldn't recommend him, but hey, I'm on the outside looking in. All I know is I would find another doctor to go to.

Reputation doesn't matter in court, assad will give you what you need without records ect...

well got a 12:00 vist with norcal health care today and now im having second thoughts.if i do get my recommendation will this hurt me and my job as a carhauler,class a driver here in ca im not working now but one day i will be called back to work if nummi doesnt close i love my job can dmv take away my class a linces if i get a mm recomendation or will i be safe also will the recomendation show up on background checks,i was thinking of just useing the recommendation and not getting the state card id and i should be allright please can any one help me out thanks:thumbsup::thumbsup:

damn! I had to be pronounced Terminally ILL to get mine, by a real MD/PHD !!! and all he had to say is he was tired and couldn't sleep to get his, from a fly by night 7-11 doc. DAMN!! :(
