Frustrated

I am a Group Health patient and I can't get a straight answer from a doc there so I'm guessing they are anti mmj. I don't have $200+ to get a doc's authorization and I don't have years worth of medical records from any one doc.

What I need to know is, a doc that doesn't charge alot and doesn't need tons of records.

I'm now scared spitless to go to Sentry, THCF or any of the other listed places.
I don't want to go to jail, but the migraines and IBS are a bit much.

So anyone that has any ideas please use my yahoo to get in touch please.

You are perfectly safe to go see Dr. Osvald at THCF or DR. Hausey in Tacoma or Sentry or any othe MJ prescribing doctor in Washington. The issue is going to a dispensary or co-op for product. And even that isn't that risky. Its just that dispensaries and co-ops are illegal in Washington but no customer has EVER been busted for going to one. The ones in Seattle are probably the safest because they city has no problem with them.

I strongly disagree.Without promoting one over the other ,any Doctor associated with the distribution of pot or clones,can have his or her records confiscated by court order.Or the Clinic operator can be coerced into cooperation and turn over records as a condition of avoiding federal prison for Rico act charges.

Once again people we are down to the brass taxes here.show up in Olympia to shake pillars or demand Hempfest be moved to the end of june to collect signatures for an initiative.

THCF provides a sliding scale fee for low income patients. If you can prove you are challenged by income limitations, they will work with you. Please see the following link for details.

Just got back from the doc and boy did I open a can of worms! Group Health docs won't go there.

This frustrates me to no end. I'm scared to go to the places mentioned here and I can't afford to go to one of the $200+ docs.

I tried contacting the doctor mentioned in this thread but no response.

Your best bet may be to just get on the phone and start calling doctors to see if there's any that deal with this. There are some but they stay pretty quiet. You usually have to hear about them from word of mouth. And also our state is looking into relaxing the rules as to who can prescribe MJ. So maybe in a few months we'll be able to go to ostepathics and PA's for our prescriptions. Should help with competition which will drive the prices down a little.

I went to CBR in Spokane. $150.
They by law couldn't tell me where I could buy, so back to the street I go.

CBR..Ah yes the movement leaders old clinic that he operated without a business license with the navy Dr. the first thing his new partner did was get a license .The Movement leader was willing to continue operating without one..You should feel lucky you are not associated with a clone distribution racket.

This was the only one I could post without any names on it.I have a lot more public disclosure stuff than this.This is public information by the way.As far as being a service I believe it explains that the Navy Doctor and the movement leader are under investigation.I have all of West Nets documents leading up until now,and nothing to indicate that the investigation is over.In fact I have a document saying that the investigation can last 6 years altogether,meaning they have 4 years left to charge someone.

Now it comes to you Gypski.You seem to take a particular interest in standing up for the movement leader and seem to be his official representative since he only cares to try and identify me as someone he has allegedly distributed clones to,when he come on the blog.

Imagine the looks on the faces of the drug task forces when they saw an email one year prior to the first bust calling a round up of patients by the movement leader,then it actually happened.Thats right I called it..it happened.They were shocked...and disapointed.There are other factors I could mention but I will save those for later.

As for the Navy Dr and the movement leader I think they should be run out of town on a rail,or as another person on this blog suggested rolled up in a carpet.

Let me tell you something ass wipe, I've been busted for growing medical plants in a state other then Washington. Rather then charge me with cultivation and a misdemeanor for 10 plants and under, I was charged as a felon for intent to distribute. What I intended to do with the plants when they came in was no where near distributing. Ten plants doesn't grow enough to distribute since even Wa law limits plants to 12.

Nonetheless, my point is I took the bust, didn't blame anyone else, and didn't turn anyone the fuck in and damn sure know other growers who to this day are still growing. But I also know that in this same state and county, that a person got an deferred judgement for growing 30 plants because his daddy made an generous contribution to the local GOP, where the DA is an (R).

So take your whinning somewhere else. And should I decide to go all the way and open a walk-in dispensary along with the other walk in dispensaries in Seattle, I will send you and open house invitation.
