hi its my first grow and just wanted some views on how thay look.
its super haze second week flowering in a 1m square bud box with a 600hps.it seems that some of the leafs r turning yellow and not to shaw if its because there not getting light or if it is nitrogen def.and it seems to have a few rust spots comeing through.so please take a look and comment on how it loos .THANKS

Looks ok me, but you'll need to fiil out the troubleshooting form (the link is in my signature) to get any meaningful answers.
Stuff like how long it has been in that pot, and are you letting soil dry between waterings, is helpful info, too. (cut-n-paste the form here, and answer the q's the best you can.)

Judging from the size of that stem, you will be coming up on root-bound pretty quick. A little fresh soil and more of it in a larger pot (I suggest 5Gal),
may help the small N deficiency I see.

rust spots, probably a tiny bit low on calcium, or kept too wet ... no big deal, looks OK I think ... Haze can be tricky, and you're doing pretty good ... the yellowing is quite likely normal, during flowering, they do that, as the plant draws up it's nutrients ... and, yes, you may be getting rootbound, also ... good call ... :jointsmile:

was wondering do i need to repot through flowering cos i was told to that once in final pots let roots show at draineg holes then go to 12/12.so do i need to repot

Being rootbound and tring to finish your plant your actually reducing your yeild potential.
Most strains will have yellowing of the leaves while in bud cycle....I do.
I get those rust spots too....when I need to transplant
so how comes i need to re pot as i did basiacly the same thing as you i whent fro small pots to 8'' then to the 10 lire pots waited about a week then switched to 12/12.so do you think thats my problem and iv not much room left in my tent (will it get much bigger)and was told thats how you control how big it gets.another thing i got told was the plant consentrates on flowering and not root groth so please correct me if im wrong as its my first time growing.

10 liters is what...2 1/2 gallons or so? A tad small for finishing a plant this large.Quote:

Some folks like to transplant a couple of weeks into 12/12, I usually do so at the switch, or at least within the first week, but have gotten lazy and had to do so a few weeks into 12/12. Slows bud formation, but she rapidly recovers.
During flower, you'll want to let her have some footroom. Pot size isn't a really good way to restrict growth, either. (you can put a 20 pound fish, in a 10 gallon fish tank, but it won't thrive) That's a sativa dom, isn't it? How tall was she when you put her into 12/12 ? A general rule-of-thumb...sativa doms can tripple their size, or more.Quote:

How much headroom does she have available between lights and plants?
ok so i am going to repot it tomorow but i dont have alot of head room only about 40cm from my lights it seems the heat is ok its not burning the plant in any way
Looking at your plant your in bud....so it wont get to much bigger.... just the bud itself..... your going to have a nice top cola by the looks:thumbsup:
when you pop the rootball out of the potter.... you will be able to tell if you need to transplant....the roots will be going up the sides and the bottom is roots too.
After you are in bud the roots dont expand anymore....during your change over period the roots are still expanding

what do you mean when you say during your change roots r still expanding?is that because iv not long swiched to 12/12.thave been in flowering for 3 weeks now and i was told to repot up untill flowering but alot of people say it needs repotting.(what you think).if i do repot will i leave it in the new pot untill harvest.

Start your own thread. For god sakes, why revive a year old thread to ask a question that only applies to you and not the original post? 1 gallon per foot, so yes, it is time to transplant probably. Should be able to finish in a 3-5 gallon pot.
