ok so my friends got busted for smoking a joint at school.the next day 3 hrs go by they call me into there office tried saying i sold the kids the weed which i didn't . they wrote me up for possession and distribution even though i didnt do anything nor did i have any possession i went and talked to the school board today and they gave me a paper that i have to sign to get randomly drug tested and substance abuse counciling. i asked them what proof i had and they said the didn't need any proof, alls they need is a reason to believe i did it and i cant go back till i sign the papers and take a random piss test each month. the paper said i was suspended for possession of mj at school even though they didnt even search me wtf am i sposed to do? they completely screwed me over and i didnt even have weed nor did i sell them any. fucking bullshit.

Be glad they didn't try to have the cops come and arrest you. On the up side, you did not have any on you, so lacking physical evidence, you will not end up with a formal criminal record, even though it could hurt your college applications. Is this a public or private school? Did your 'friends' make statements tagging you as their dealer? Kinda sounds it to me... Nice friends.

its a public school, they brought the cops in they tried charging me with a felony but i denied it and that was the last i heard on the felony but im pretty sure someone narked on me well i wouldnt consider it narking more like using me as a scapegoat . can the school suspend me for possession of weed on hear say? they said the found my pipe in the cieling of the art room even thoguh i told them to dna test me for it.. they won't even do that. the person that narced on me is telling everyone im the one who narked even though i didnt.. he's the one who did. its pissing me off

Now... what have we learned about weed in school? NOT PRACTICAL. You're gonna get fucked one way or another, and it's a huge distraction when you are trying to get your diploma and go on to bigger and better things.
The worse you fuck yourself when you are young, the longer it takes to dig out of that hole. Your parents must be really upset but it is very good of them to take the approach that the school should not punish you without hard physical evidence. Make sure you let them know how much that means to you; even if they end up grounding you until your 40th birthday, at least they are being reasonable about it.

i requested a statement from my accusers and the school denied it.. im trying to get a lawyer but i just cant afford one right now. idk what to do.

wow man your very luck when i was in 8th grade i got arrested for possetion of halfa gram and i got booked and i sat in a jail cell for a night and i had to go to a learning center for 3 weeks ,you should be happy suspention is all you got

no im not lucky. i didnt have anything in my possession just people said that they got there weed from me and its not even true

If you can't get a lawyer, it's not the end of the world, since you aren't being charged. The next step is to go in person to the office of the superintendent of your school district and deliver a very politely written, yet firm, letter formally requesting these documents. Or send it via certified mail, which might even be better.
Your point is to present yourself in the best possible light while telling them that they are NOT going to interfere with your education by suspending you for something of which you have no physical evidence.
Good luck- your family's tax dollars pay for your education, and if they are going to deny you that, they had BETTER have more than hearsay to go on.

Why would these fellow classmates want to make you a scapegoat? Presenting yourself in a formal and respectable way to city/county officials over the board of education and/or a magistrate judge about your situation might be useful. But thats a tricky road to go down unless you're crystal clean.

american public schools cant piss test you if you dont play sports thats bullshit

i would sue the accuser of slander, youd win that case on a lack of physical evidence for the accuser, then the school would have no option but to drop the charges on you
