Well I am starting a grow log of my pretty little plants.....They are a little over a week old and starting to look good as i might add!
alright you guys for some reason it won't let me put in any images so when i figure it out i will post some new pics
alright everyone here are the first updated pics officially a week and 3 days old.........i'm excited :giggity: for this grow, never tried some really dank haze like this always been bag:baggy: seed :wtf: so this will be interesting grow, check back for updates every few days!
Any feedback appreciated!!!

2 CFL's Daylight
Wattage: 23 Watts
Incadescent Equiv: 100 watts
Light Output: 1,600 lumens (6500K)
Ok, here are some updated pics at 14 days.......Let me know what ya'll think!!!
In picture 2 the front leaf on that picture seems to be curling up a bit and drooping a bit could that be a sign of overwatering? Any help appreciated!
Ok and here is a pic of just some extra SH seed I started just in case the others are male.....They are about 7 days from seedling!
Also my concern was, (not a big one) the plants are no more than 4 in. and showing signs of branching already is that good?
Alright everyone here are a few more pics at day 18 of Veg. growth.....I was thinking that these plants are only like 6 in. tall but are becoming really bushy, do you think I could start to flower them whenever I am ready to considering the size of my grow space isn't very big?
In Pic 5 it seems to have been growing only single leaves, but from what i can tell from it it seems to be all one node but there are 4 leaves in diff. direction.....Does anybody know why this could be like that, because this is the only one out of them all to do this!
you can put them into flower as soon as they have a good root structure. remember they are gonna grow 1/2 to 2/3 after you put them into flower. this is strain dependent obviously. for silver haze this is 8-10 weeks. it's known height is 59-70" (150-180cm).Quote:

as far as the single leaves, this is normal. as it gets bigger the growth will pickup and you will see the nodes better. and the other fingers of the leaves will start to grow in. keep your lights withing about 1-2" of your plants for maximum effeciency.

I know it has been a couple of days since my last post, but I can not help but to put up more pics, they are growing very lovely I might add!
The last picture on this one is the one that got droopy but is starting to recover now that i have moved the fan closer to circulate fresh air into the grow area, also I have added a 23W 2700K CFL which now gives me a total of 3 CFL's and 2 Grow tubes...I have also started to give them 1/5 nutes and now they are really starting to take off!!!
..................................
how's the haze italiano? hope she is treating you well!

lookin good
Ok everyone, finally the forums are back up and running
So here is a little update, they are 28 days into flowering and starting to smell like SKITTLES!!! I swear it's sooo crazy I wish there was smell-o-vision or something like that! :D But here are some pics of the nice buds starting to form!
Pic 1: Buddies haze plant at 40 days old
Pic 2-5: The haze that I have at 28 days old (2 plants)
And these pics are of them from a distance! Hope ya enjoy them everyone and give me some feedback please.....:greenthumb:
Also, a question I have is considering they are 28 days older now.....How much bigger do you think the buds can get just by looking at the last 2 pictures? I know its hard to tell from a picture, but any type of opinion is appreciated......THANKS EVERYONE!!!
italiano, you are saying they've only been in flower for 28 days? and from what i read 8-10 weeks is the average flower time. so your buds are gonna get bigger! IMO. just make sure to keep an eye on the trichromes!Quote:

will the bud continue to grow as it matures? and just by looking at the pics, do you think its possible to get an oz. out of the 2 plants......Considering this is my first real grow I was just hoping for the best and so far i've exceeded what I was trying to do! I appreciate all the feedback even after such a long shut down on the forums.....Rep for ya headshake
i'm assuming they will continue to fill in and thicken up. mine seem to be. and have been in flower for roughly the same time. as far as yeild, i can't really comment. this is my first grow too.
i hope it's fat though!

Alright I couldn't resist so I put up a few more pics!!!!
Ok so here are a few more pics of the ladies after a good watering of MG Bloom and ST! I read somewhere that ST isn't good for flowering because it inhibits the plant because of the urea in it....Any factual truths behind that? I've been using ST the whole flowering period so far and haven't had anything unusual yet other than the buds having a skunky/poopy smell, but I think it's just the hairs i'm smelling, because when I smell the actual trichomes they smell like skittles....Any idea why the actual bud would smell like that!?
lookin really nice italiano! damn son. a couple of my plants have what sounds like a smiliar smell. i have been using the ST the whole time as well. i think it's just the bud you/i/we are smelling. but that's just my best guess. i would be interested in knowing the facts too.
keep up the good work!

hey there italian -

oh, shake. that was just pillow-talk :)
i've been watching too much Army of Darkness lately...
Dude, looks great! I'm also growing silver haze too, first time on the strain but not growing. I have 2 in flower now, 1 in week 5, the second just starting week 3.
Are you planning on re-vegging? You should, get some new cuts and do it all over again!
For comparison, here's mine in week 4 of flower... my pal is telling me they're going to finish in less than 50 days. Everything I've found says 60-75, guess we'll see..
An if you have room, the Silver Haze I have starting week 3 is in a #6 pot, about 5 gallons plus. I vegged it for 3 months taking cuts.. it's frickin' huge!! A 3 1/2' bush. If you got room and the light you should increase your yield. I'm planning on about an oz off the smaller one..
Good Luck,
Farmer Rich
Thanks Golden!! That def. helped answer some of the questions I had, I'm pretty sure they are done with the stretching phase and now are in the fattening phase! Definitely helpful resource.....Rep for ya buddie!Quote:

Nah i don't plan on re-vegging, considering this is my first real success I'm just happy with what I got, I plan on getting some seeds off the web, maybe some autoflowering lowryder for my next batch considering i only have a limited space, i figured i can get like 50 lowryder seeds and do it like that, not really sure yet though.....Any idea on some good strains....I've seen a lot of trainwreck strains also, thought maybe on trying that also!Quote:

Keep doing what your doing, because it seems to be working!
Yours is def. a lot better than mine, I want to LST the next batch hopefully fill a 5ft. space with some decent bud......I've seen tons of LST grows and that's def. the way I need to go.....Hopefully I can get over 100g. on the next set!!!Quote:

i'm pretty sure i've seen some trainwreck or trainwreck crosses in the autoflower dwarf category. i think i remember reading that they aren't entirely stable though. i can't find exactly where though. i'll keep looking.Quote:

Well, its now been 40 days spent flowering so far, so i assuming it should be done in about 3 weeks or so.....I was shooting for mid march and so far it's on pace.....By anywho i've taken some close up shots of the top colas and some other random pics.....They are getting really dense....higher flower than leaf ratio so this bud should be east to trim  But anywho, now to proceed to the PICS!!!
Pic1: Close up of lady #1 right branch main cola
Pic2: Close up of lady #1 left branch main cola
Pic3: Close up of lady #2 main cola
Pic4+5: some pictures of the main colas on both ladies
a couple more, hope you enjoy the pics! Also i clipped off a little bud to dry and see how the high is so I can know what to expect from now to later; the difference in feeling!
